I have implemented this product in an actual online multi-vendor marketplace. It is currently up and running with satisfactory results.
For me it was a matter of learning the software and it's approach to setting everything up. Once I had retained the required information it was just a matter of setting up and implementing the required data.
When I had initially purchased the zCart software there were some issues, out of date documentation, software coding issues and of course User errors (my mistakes). But through it all, I spoke and worked through all issues with the developers. They were very open to constructive criticism. They worked very hard fix the coding errors that I had brought to their attention, to make my requests a reality and answered my seemingly endless barrage of questions. All the while I helped with some of the User Interface spelling mistakes, which they had fixed straight away.
If you are having difficulties, please take the time to email them with a well thought out question or issue so they may better assist you.
I very rarely make or leave reviews, but this developer in my opinion that deserves a extraordinary amount of praise for going above and beyond to ensure that their customer was satisfied with their purchase.
