So we pay $99 since all these days, no update its going on 6 months and theres a lot of things not included or not making it complete. No user dashboard, yet its advertised to have one

Your android app doesn’t work. I registered an email and password and still could not sign into the app. Both the “Login” and “Register” button from your .apk are inactive.
For sales purposes, it will be nice to create a demo login for user as well. You lose a lot of potential clients by not having at least one demo login account for a user with a paid membership on Zulu.
Finally, can an IOS app be generated as well?

Greetings: Are there any limitations on the “direct link” video link for adding content? For example, can you use an HLS stream from a third party CDN like this: http://10927-1.b.cdn12.com/hls/video/hd/clips/french_coffee.mp4/index.m3u8
as for now, no its not supported especially on the mobile app

I have made subscriptions in stripe and used the same price_code in the admin

did you changed the stripe keys in the .env file ?
theres no slot for stripe keys in env file
please check the .env file attached to the project, i dont see any stripe related thing. I added STRIPE_KEY=’mypkkey’ and STRIPE_SECRET=’myskkey’

Theres no user dashboard as stated in the item description: User Account Setting User Dashboard, Change password
in order to have dummy data including a user account.

You know that’s not what I’m talking about. Where’s the user dashboard for the user to change their password? For the user to change their plan? And account settings? It states that it’s present on the item description on code canyon but it’s not. As of now I can’t change my password or my plan as and I can’t also change a lot of things on here as it says in the item description.

As an admin, when will we be able to click inside a user for instance to change information if the user contact support for instance if something is wrong or they want to change their password

The docs are not clear about installation for the web version. I haven’t looked at the mobile version yet. For the web version, public is a sub-directory of zulu, which I assume is the main directory. I could not find any .env file in either zulu or public. I am not even sure what you consider the root directory.
1- public directory is a sub-folder of the main script, again this is a Laravel based script.
2- .env file hidden on any server like any (.file) but you can find it normally on your local device
3- Zulu is the root directory you need to upload the content of that file to your server root
I made the changes to the .env file. However, the server returns an http 500 error. I tried to install a different Laravel movie script and that script worked fine. I have spent too much time on this. Hopefully, you can help. https://hopeandsun.com/public/
hopeandsun.com/public/ won’t work. you have to configure your server to serve hopeandsun.com but the hopeandsun.com should see /public as the entry point.
If you using laravel friendly host this part should be done without your interfering. If you using shared host ask your server administrator to do so , if your using a VPS and not familiar with server configuration you can use tools like https://serverpilot.io/
Can I get assistance with this theme installation? The docs aren’t clear on setup and deployment.
