many errors. little documentation. few tutorial videos. Much delay in the response of technical support through its forum. they force you to buy plugins and their services to translate their plugins. Very little documentation or tutorials. I do not recommend this product and its additional plugins that are sold to you outside of themeforest. I feel cheated.

Our customer support response time is 24hrs maximum, mostly we response within 3-5 hrs in business days. Even in weekend we response within our promised time period.
The second thing is our documentation have nearly 150 articles that covering every aspects of our product and configurations. Here is the link of our documentation https://support.incevio.com/ Can you tell me that is missing on our doc that suffering? If there is anything that is not enough, we'll improve it instantly. We're waiting for your feedbacks. The video tutorials is limited because we just started this section, it'll take time cover all topics. and making videos is time consuming.
If you're not happy with our service you can contact to our support team at help[at.]incevio.com we'll provide a solution in no time.
Lastly we always actively improving this product and regularly proving updates. You pay just one time fee and getting life time update for FREE. So when you discourage people to buy it, it's a loss for you and us both because without success we couldn't manage to continue the development and you'll not get any updates.
So its important to cooperate and we're doing our best to resolve any issues asap.

The codebase is open to customize but you must have the skills to do that. Any errors caused after modifications is not the issue of zCart code. So many of our clients have customized the script by themselves and also with the help of our expert team. If you find any error on zCart codebase then we must fix those without any cost, but we can’t take the responsibility of your modifications.

I am testing this app for last 5 months and i see lot of good feature were available inside but adjacently i see multiple bugs as well but customer support is phenomenal to fix those bugs
and they answered all my basic/advance/silly questions.
only drawback is sometime they take time to respond ~48hrs
overall i am satisfied to give 5-star

The Customer Support provided by the Authors is super and excellent. So far I have bought 5 licenses and they have helped with the initial setup and subsequent upgrades up to the current version of 2.3.8. The code is clean and has features other eCommerce applications do not have especially the ability of each vendor to have their own payment gateway which is very important for me. Keep up the good work.

When I bought the app, I would never have believed that it would have such great support. Indeed, I never waited longer than a bussiness day. They always dealt with the request effectively, in my case mainly problems with the license and domain but also help with installation, they answered in 30 minutes! I'm very happy about that.

First, I would like to thank you for this kind of script/application. It was on my queue for awhile as a project to be implemented.
Regarding the design quality. The design is simple and clear and easy to follow. This is what the end-user wants.
For the documentation, it is well documented and easy to follow. I just hope that you add some general documentation (not how to) but where to work on for the developer. For example, most people want to add payment method, or do some customization. So, build such abstract/general documentation as "where to" based on your clients feedback.
Most of the feature are available and good to start your business with. I believe you might need to add more features based on your clients' feedback, and I believe you will do it in the future versions.
Even though you do not provide customizations within your support, and I agree with you since this is out of the scope of the regular support, and it is considered and code maintenance after release, which you have the right to charge for. But, the code open source and customizable as per your license conditions, which is an advantage for your product.
Regarding the code quality, I consider it as a high quality, neat, clean coding, arranged, easy to edit (even in some cases I have to use the "grep" command to find the location of some part of codes, but this is not an issue since no developer documentation provided, which I hope for it in the future).
Bugs, until now, I haven't seen a critical/major bug. Even one found, you fixed it ASAP.
With Laravel, the project is so flexible and scaleable. Also, the developer is so flexible in maintaining the license multiple times in case of multiple re-installations.
I got your customer support multiple times with responses, either fixing in the nearest release, or guiding us on the application usage. Fast response within 24 hours.
I hope you won't stop adding more features improving your project.
