Can you draw arrows and put text on images? If so I’ll buy it now…
Also, what is the difference between this one, and the one you are selling on your website for $19?
Thank you for your interest in our application. We apologize for the inconvenience, there was wrong price at our website (we have updated it already).
If you would like to create fast and effective visual reports (for example, when you need to provide feedback to designer or developer) we advice to use Zapture in conjunction with Microsoft PowerPoint (i.e. you quickly zap portion of your screen, paste it to PowerPoint and add text, shapes, balloons, etc.) This way is much more effective rather than built-in editing tools.

That’s too many steps. With SnagIt I can take a screenshot, it pops up and I can draw arrows. I don’t want to pay another $50 for a license and am looking for an alternative.
Also, as an exclusive author you are not allowed to sell it on your website. You’ll either need to remove it from your site, or remove your exclusivity on here.
Yes, we agree with you completely. They are 2 different types of programs, and therefore 2 different price levels too. Good luck on your search, and be sure to check back for our future releases which may contain the features you mentioned.

Yes, we were awaiting approval of Zapture’s submission to CodeCanyon. Now, that it is approved, it is in process of being removed from DevSlide.
Thanks w3blender. How about you let me know when the ability to add arrows is added and I’ll come back and purchase. Thanks much!
two features I desperately need:
size tool & region/portion clip tool: i would like it to have a magnifier window with a 1px cross hair in the middle like techsmith snagit used to have but they stupidly removed in the newer versions… this help to perfectly position my marks to any object I want to align.
scrolling screen clip: a reliable and working fullscreen scrolling tool. Techsmith Snagit has become too unreliable, the closest fully working tool is w3capture but it is only for MAC i believe…
Thank you for the feedback and feature requests! Zapture was developed to be a extremely fast and easy tool for screen capturing. We are considering adding many new advanced features but may release it as a separate version in order to keep Zapture as “lightweight” as possible. It’s just a matter of balancing simplicity with advanced features, but I have passed your requests the the development team for review. Your feedback is valuable to us and much appreciated.
Oh how sweet is working with this.
I’m loving it
If you could add what is the actual size of the area that I’m going to select will be great.
In general awesome. Good luck with the sale
Thank you! Zapture actually already has this feature. Go to the settings area and switch to the “Advanced” screen clipping mode. I hope this helps. Please don’t forget to rate it.
Looks interesting. You should include the ability to upload it via FTP as well!
Thank you for the suggestion. This is being considered, along with several other features and requests for a new version.
I agree with the first person, if you can have arrows or some highlighters then I will buy it as well.
Thank you for your feedback. While we agree that the features you mentioned would be very useful, we believe that Zapture solves the problem we set out to solve very well. It was created to solve a specific problem that some OS’s would not allow the user to take screenshots of portions of the screen. We have given a lot of thought to adding annotation and sharing features, however to keep Zapture light-weight, we will not be adding them to the product. We are, however, planning to develop a similar webapp in the future with such features. Until then, we appreciate and value all feature requests and suggestions from all avenues. So, thank you again and we will keep you posted on upcoming products.
Is the source code included?
Thank you for your interest in our screen capture tool. This version is an executable file only. The source code is not available.
