This is 100% you've make a mistake when doing update or your migration steps is not complete, This rating shouldn't be given because of a mistake the buyer made himself, this is very painful for us, we hope you can appreciate us more as developers in making applications.
Related to your problem, check all the migrations that you have done, make sure not a single step is missed, if you are in doubt, do a special installation for the admin panel from scratch, for android projects, it is mandatory to configure from the beginning, if you have problems , contact our support team via email: help.solodroid@gmail.com
