Yes, this plugin will be able to create also custom post types, you can select what post type it should create, using the ‘Item Type’ settings field, when you create the importing rule in the plugin.

Some info is missing, because not all businesses are sharing their detailed info through the Yelp API. However, the majority of them should be able to import detailed listings for businesses.
Please be sure to check the ‘Grab Extra Info’ checkbox from importing rule advanced settings, this will enable additional info importing for businesses.
If you see that business details are not imported for multiple businesses, please send me the demo URL you created for the plugin, and I will check it.
Regarding Sabai, my plugin is able to create custom post meta and custom post taxonomies, so importing into Sabai is likely to work (although I haven’t tested it). Here you should confirm with the author of the Sabai plugin, that it uses custom post fields for storing additional info for imported businesses.
Regarding the Businessomatic plugin for Google My Business, it is able to import content only from businesses that you are administrator of (not foreign businesses).

Hello, I was excited when I saw this plugin.. When I Test the demo I get this error: “[10-Sep-2018 15:39:38 UTC] Failed to query Yelp: Curl failed with error 401 – {“error”: {“code”: “TOKEN_INVALID”, “description”: “Invalid access token or authorization header.”}}”
In the main settings I don’t see the field to input the API Key or Client Secret like you show in the video.

i have a list of business’s that i need to input into the keyword area of the plugin, currently i have to do it one at a time, can you tell me how I can achieve this with your plugin?

Unfortunately, the Yelp Fusion API does not allow to search for multiple businesses at once (by keyword search): https://www.yelp.com/developers/documentation/v3/business_search
This is why, in this case, separate importing rules must be defined. I tried to import from 2 keywords from the same rule, but each time, importing failed.
If you wish, you can contact Yelp and suggest them that they extend the API’s functionality and add this feature to it. If it will be possible from the API, it will be also possible from the plugin.

I have tested the demo it is not working, it might be yelp changed the way app secret works with api key you can check yourself
Prior to December 7, 2017 the API used OAuth 2.0 to authenticate requests to the API. In an effort to simplify authentication, starting March 1, 2018 the API no longer uses OAuth 2.0 for requests and moved over to only API Keys.

Depending on the way the theme creates it’s post. If the theme uses custom post types, them yes, it is supported. It is also supported if the theme uses normal posts. Please check theme’s documentation, if you can.
