Hi there,

I hope you’re well.

I am using you spPricing Builder plugin for WordPress and it’s awesome.

There is just one thing, sometimes when I load the page with the table on, the table doesn’t appear, instead I just have a loading circle which just spins and spins. (usually when I view the site each morning).

Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

Many thanks,

Adam

The site is on a coming soon page at the moment, what is the best way to send you login details so you can view the site?

Many thanks,

Adam

I purchased the wpPricing Builder plugin (very nice work) and am trying to highlight one of my 3 packages. I’m using the Tabby design, but I can’t seem to highlight any of them with the available options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the speedy reply (sorry I didn’t get back right away… had to remember where I posed the question).

Yes, I have the rocket selected. The tabby design changes the color of whichever column you hover over… the “highlighting” done by checking the rocket icon just gives the “highlighted” column the initial color. I’d like something more obvious and permanent, like the column being larger than the others, or flagged with “Preferred” or something like that.

I believe other included designs have these options (but aren’t the best choice for me for other reasons). Is there no way to accomplish this with the tabby design?

Hello!

I tried to change the highlited column in Tabby design and it didn’t look good. What about this design (Hipo) http://swebdeveloper.com/apps/wordpress-builder-responsive-pricing-tables/index.php/comparative-responsive-pricing-tables-hipo/ ? It looks very similiar as Tabby, but with one difference – the highlighted column is more obvious.

Hello!

I have just checked, it seems we have a bug here. I will fix it in the next update of the product, but it will be later. I can send you the patched files via email, so you wouldn’t need to wait for the next update. Contact me via a feedback form here https://codecanyon.net/user/swebdeveloper

Hi, you seem to have set this up with only pricing tables in mind. We dont want prices and buy now buttons, we want to display data for a range of electric motors. So I dont want any price fields or buttons. These are the bits I want to hide: https://i.imgur.com/5bkPFdD.png

Im using the modern template, the top one on the list. I did try editing the file in the templates folder but it had zero effect, even renaming the file didnt alter the layout…

I am sorry. I haven’t noticed it.

I can change this design for your needs. For example: if you leave the “Purchase button name” field empty then the button will be hidden. If you enter something in the “Purchase button name” field then the button will appear – it’s for a case if you will need it again in future.

Is it ok for you?

Yes that would be great, thats what I hoped it would do by default. Thanks.

Great plugin. I just have problems with the button at button of the pricebox. It is what you put at the purchase button link. The link i put there does not work on the real online page. The link I see on my webpage is #wbrpt-purchase-button-12087-1-1. It does not have the link as in the same price box. What am I doing wrong??? The 2nd image has the link on the page : #wbrpt-purchase-button-12087-1-2

Hello! Thank you!

You should remove any text in “Purchase button code” field for that plan. The code has higher priority than a link.

Perfect !!!!! Thanks a lot, all is working 100%. Great plugin, just what we were looking for

Hello there,

I would you to show me how to change the orange colour of the discount ribbon? id there any css code that I can edit or you can send me to add?

Also, is there a way to have a cross line on the old price and show the new price right beside it? I think this is a good idea and will show the customers how much the cost now in comparison with the old price.

Hello!

You can cross the text anywhere even in the price. Just, put it in s tag like this:
<s>$12</s> $9

If you want to change the color of the “discount” ribbon, you need to change the following style – builder-responsive-pricing-tables/assets/css/pt-rmsbpt-modern.css and code:

.rmsbpt-modern .pt-discount span {
    background: #ff931e none repeat scroll 0 0;
    box-shadow: 0 0 1px #d16c00;
}

If you need me to help you with it, just contact me again.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Crossing the text worked like a charm!

About the discount ribbon:

I went to wp-content/plugins/builder-responsive-pricing-tables/assets/css/pricing-tables-rmsbpt-modern.css

But I found the following code that is related to the discount ribbon:

.rmsbpt-modern .pt-discount span { background: #ff931e; -webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 1px #d16c00; box-shadow: 0 0 1px #d16c00; }

I tried to change the background colour in the code about not no success so far.

I appreciate if you can provide guidance about this issue.

Thanks

Hello!

In that part, you need to change color codes that look like this #ff931e:

.rmsbpt-modern .pt-discount span {
    background: #ff931e;
    -webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 1px #d16c00;
    box-shadow: 0 0 1px #d16c00;
}

Here is a list of default colors: http://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp

For example, if you want to change the color to #2F4F4F it will look this:

.rmsbpt-modern .pt-discount span {
    background: #2F4F4F;
    -webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 1px #2F4F4F;
    box-shadow: 0 0 1px #2F4F4F;
}

You can also get this code in any graphical editor like Photoshop, PaintNET and so on.

Waiting for your questions if you have ones.

Hi! Your plug-in looks great, but there’s an issue I found out after install. Looks like the font it uses does not support Russian correctly. (here’s an example and the result is quite the same or even worse if I change the themes: http://spoo.ru/product/iridium-9555/, you should click the “Тарифы Иридиум” link at the top of the description). Also, russian words are sometimes long so I need to change fonts size somehow. Please, advice me how can I change fonts and modify its sizes please.

Hello!

How is it going? Did you manage to change your design? Does it look well now?

Dear Swebdeveloper,

I’ve tried all of the deisgns in different ways, but couldn’t make it work. The issue is font’s sizes. Most of your designs allow to write short words like “Standard” or “Premuim”, but my words in Russian are longer, like “Электронный ваучер”, and it doesn’t fit the tables. The same issue with prices – I mostly need like “125 000” or “33 300” roubles, but themes finely support only like “99” or “199”.

Is it possible to change font’s sizes somehow? Add something to the plug-in code? It could be a solution.

Thank you!

Hello!

Yes, you can edit CSS styles for designs.

If you wish, I can change the font size for you. Just, tell me which design I need to change. It will be helpful, if you also provide prices and plan names that I could fit the font size.
