Very nice WordPress plugin for managing church affairs. Since I start using it two years ago untill now I have not regretted. The most beautiful part of its support team, I real like their care and concerns whenever I got issue, and all the time they were able to solve all my issues. The quality of the product is excellent. It is much easier to manage than the rest of the CRMs out there. Plus, despite my service time being expired the team still helped me and just briefly reminded me of the expired service time. Talk about customer service!!

would love to give 5 stars but have had some issues with the plugin not allowing me in but then contacting support and miraculously able to get in. Not sure if they are blocking license and the like but no explanation or reply to those requests. Would have loved just at least a reply to let me know I am not going crazy. However have responded to other issues - even to provide csv sample file for import of data.
Great App and developer also assisted with customization.

Best customer support. I would say original file wasn't perfect. Few items needed support in order to function properly, but customer support was great and helped to fix problem.

There are not a lot of church management plugins out there to assist you in running your church. At least this plugin has a more comprehensive list of modules, that you can control from access rights.
I would like to see more improvement in this plugin, such as an updated UI and better attendance & reserve seat. Instead of just being good, the plugin will then be absolutely awesome, with many people standing in line to use it.
Having said that, this plugin is far better than most other plugins out there!
I've spent the last 3 years constantly monitoring and testing all the WordPress church management plugins on the market. If I have to choose one, it would be this one.
PRO's:
- number of features available overall
- responsiveness of developer
OPPORTUNITIES for improvement:
= it would be GREAT if you could rename the modules within the plugin
= the ability to customize visual presentation for the end-user without having to know custom CSS would be a bonus

The company refuses to provide a working installation file. They are well aware of the installation issues, and they require FTP access to your site to complete the installation.
As a church with many members, and to secure our data we cannot share such access to our database and files.
After six months, they yet to fix the issues. It is clear to us they have a hidden agenda to demand such access.
From our experience and within our view, it is our recommendation against Churches purchase of this plugin for privacy protection and the security of your data. Be very cautious!
We will be more then happy to report on their respond to address such issue.

We are here for any support needed but we need some level of access to solve the issue. The issue you have is with server config and unless we have the necessary details we can not help you. We are asking for FTP access and not database access.
