is there a way that a resident can track all income and expenses without being able to edit ?

I can not find where I change the translation, I already put it in the languages folder

If you have put your translated files in languages folder. Then you just need to change your wordpress site language from Settings >> General >> Site Language. If then also not translate send your wordpress admin details and ftp details. So we can check it.

Hi, Your theme looks great but I also have few pre sales questions: 1. Is it possible, I can add few more plugins for different functionality i.e. InkTicketing for complaint management system? 2. Is it response well with this plugin, as I required multilevel support on complaint resolving through complaint management 3. Can I manage multiple societies from one place & this one application? 4. Will this be able to generate automatic bill monthly (like monthly maintenance fee)? If this all available than, immediately I will buy this, else please let me know that how much time it will take with customization or even how much you will charge to customize all this? Also, I have another question, I am trying to give right different users after installation of this plugin, but its not showing anything on user end (It’s completely different to your demo example screen). Experiencing multiple issues while performing basic testing of the demo…. is the demo really ready to use? Just listing few issues which I experienced

1] Dashboard states there are 8 Committee members however if you click on it, you will find only 5 members. Similarly for buildings.

2] I added couple of residential units (building name-’Daffodils’, unit category- ‘A wing’ & unit name-’A-101’) & then I went on to assign a member to the unit created. Firstly, it listed unit category multiple times which should not have happened & secondly it listed just 1 unit & not all the units under that category.

3] Member which I added got listed in staff Management & not under Members. Please guide me if I’m not following proper steps.

4] Logged in as gatekeeper & tried using “Visitor Managements” check out button…. and it didn’t pasted the check out time. Also, if you use check out button couple of times for different visitors you will notice that it doesn’t do anything & sits on the same page.

Issues mentioned above are in the demo & if demo is not working properly as its supposed to work then I can’t purchase it.

=> You are doing wrong so that you can't see all units there. Please check by selecting building name- Daffodils, unit category-  C wing. We have created there c wing with multiple units. You can see there all units of that category. You need to add all units of same category by click on Add More Unit button.

Hi, im working on multisite Wordpress and i need to use the plugin in 6 subdomains, i have already buy one license of your plugin, for what I see, your plugin only work in one domain or subdomain, so i guess that i need to buy 5 more licenses, but first i need to know a few things:

1.- I have activated the plugin in my main domain to try it, but i need it in one of the subdomains, how can i deactivate the plugin from the main domain, to install it in the subdomain.

2.- There are several words without translation in the .po file, how can i translate these words, there is a way to add the words to the .po file? im translating it to Spanish.

3.- How i can reorder the position of each item in the side menu (member version).

=> Please send your domain name. So we will release your licence key for register on your sub domain.

Hi, I just downloaded your updated version, I am facing issue as there is no option of submit button whenever we are trying to add any new MEMBER, COMMITTEE MEMBER, ACCOUNTANT, GATE KEEPER, STAFF MANAGEMENT ETC.

Kindly have a look & enable this SUBMIT button option. Please provide update as soon as possible.

Invoice creation looks a bit complicated.

Is there a way to assign charges to each member? (This will be recurring charges unless removed Eg: Parking charges, Repairing charges, Maintenance charges)

There are 100 flats in my apartment & you don’t expect management to remember what amount each flat member is charged on monthly basis. Each member is usually charged different maintenance, parking charges, etc

If recurring is not available then that’s fine but the charges list is not getting assigned to each member.

Unless this is done, it won’t make sense it use it on any society apartments.
