Hi, I’ve just bought your WP Weather plugin and it’s not working. Nothing is showing up on the page I’ve inserted the WP Weather element on (using WPBakery).
I’m on the latest version of WP Bakery 6.0.3 and the latest version of Wordpress. I’ve also added an API key from OpenWeatherMap
Is there a known issue?
I’ve also de-activated all other plugins, expect for WPBakery. And still it’s not working and no error messages are coming up.
If it’s not working please can you issue a refund?

I cannot get any long term forecast to show up and there is no setting to change the background at all like in the samples you displayed. All I have is a single day forecast with no other options. Please help!

Maybe it’s the API key issue. Sometimes it takes unexpected time to ready to searve all servicess. And there is no background image option in the widget area only background color available there, but if you use WPBakery then you can use image and color.
It’s been over a week and no update to the settings that allow for the forecast to display. What do you suggest I do? I see the option to show the forecast, but it doesn’t update on the site.
