I couldn't choose a main reason because this plugin is a crap in all aspects. It shows error messages, they don't say that you have to purchase the obscure MaxMind add-on (MaxMind doesn't show pricing BTW). The WP Pro Geo Targeting supposed "documentation" shouldn't be called Documentation it's simple brief, poor, pathetic. And when I read customer comments there are not replies which means that support service is as bad and unreliable as the plugin.

This makes Codecanyon unreliable, in my opinion. And worst of all, we all know that Envato will not refund your money! I never had such disappointment with a purchase at Envato, after several years as a customer.

Envato people, I sincerely believe that you should consider taking actions against this kind of developers and, at the very least even for once, refund us our lost money. But first of all you should appreciate loyal customers.

And the most pathetic thing is that the "developers" of this crap must be laughing at us.
