Buyer beware! This plugin install code that blocks your site from displaying. Instead of my website, suddendly, I found a message saying that I needed to add the purchase code!!! It was already added, embarrassing! How can you override my website to display your message!!!! Buggy software, do not purchase.

I apologize you had this issue, this is not something we were aware of. I am looking into what could be causing it. In the meantime, if you would like to wait for a new version to be pushed out that may fix the issue you can or you can request a refund and we will approve it asap.

Plug-in is good. However, when I add [clientadd] shortcode to my page the "Initiate Contract" button isn't working. That was one of the main reasons I bought this plug-in. Now I'm stuck, cause there is no way to file a ticket.

Can you help me with the email notification? I didn't recieve email after I update the contract setting

The plugin uses the WordPress standard mail routine. Please check your spam folder and that you have entered the admin email information in your settings. Outside of that, you can talk to your hosting company about tracing your emails because once it is sent via WP we do not know where it goes.

Due to a high demand, we have a 5 day response window. All tickets created within that time frame were answered within 33 hours at the most, which is 2 days under our window of time. We answer tickets as they come in and your ticket should be answered now, if this does not address your issue, please tell me what ticket you created so I can check on it. If it does, please reconsider your review and it is not reflective of our support service.

I had some problems at beginning but Eric helped me to think trough and i was able to find the problem and fix it. Great plugin, saves me a lot of time!

The plugin does not work properly with the latest version of WordPress. Can not change status, visibility and published date. No response from the author. Lost money.

I an very sad to see that this plugin does'nt work again since the last update. Nothing is done to improve and find a solution. No update, juste some words to explain that it works when everybody say that it doesn't. In PHP 7.2, ther is lot of bug... The last I had was "I haven't the good rights" :) Horrible. ehen do you think tou will have à good version ? Thanks

Did you put in a ticket to address any issues? I have been working diligently to resolve any issues that pop up and am almost ready to push a new version that addresses most if not all of the issues I have been presented with. I answer the tickets every other day or so, if you have not create a ticket to discuss your issue I can't help. If you are experiencing a bug that we have resolved in the version we are about to push we can tell you how to fix it until you get the new version.

If you do not want to do this, please ask for a refund and we will honor it.

for Bugs

The plugin worked well for several months - until the update. I keep on clicking on "update", but it just doesn't work. Updated it manually, but all my contracts got lost, so I restored it from the backup. And now WordPress notifies me that the plugin causes a fatal error.
Will have to delete it :-( 20 USD not so well spend!

If you would like to roll back to the previous version we can send over the code so you can. This is not recommended since it relies on an outdated version of PHP. The new plugin works with modern servers. I cannot find a ticket from you regarding your issues. Did you ask us for help? We would be happy to assist you. If not, you can always ask for a refund and we will honor it.

I followed the directions to the T and even used the information from the documentation for the plug-in and couldn't get anything to show up on my page. The seller states there is a demo to use, but there isn't one. A total waste of money and my time. When I purchase something, I expect it to have all of the listed items available and for it to work as it should. In my case, it did not.

The plugin is not easy but definitely not hard to setup. I hate that you left a 1 star review because you couldn't get it setup, especially since you did not reach out to us to try to help you. The plugin does everything we said it does, so I do not understand what issues you are having. If you would like help, please open a support ticket so we can help you figure out the issue. Otherwise, please ask for a refund and we will happily oblige.

I absolutely love WP Online Contract. I have been using this plugin for years; meaning I have used it before version 5.0 and after (since 2016). I am able to conduct business with the contracts I create and have had clients compliment me on how professional and seamless doing business with me was due to the ability to sign contracts directly on my website. I will always use this plugin and will not use anything else. I absolutely stand by this developer and trust him completely with the time and hard work put into it to make clients and business professionals like myself happy. You do not know what you’re missing until you have this plugin! It is an absolute money-maker and simplifies business operations 10x! Thank you so much for this plugin and the complete rewrite of the plugin from version 5.0 and going forward! I will always be a loyal user, supporter, and fan!
