usability and integration aweful
takes forever to figure out, not user friendly at all
Looks awesome.
Pity that it is so non-intuitive to use, and in the end doesn't seem to work.
Also...must register on their website just to read their support blog, and guess what...that doesn;t work either!
Wasted a lot of time on this plugin.

Plugin is not fully compatible with DIVI theme there is some css conflict, but Support Team worked in very professional way with sorting problems. Thanks

A great design of the Plugin with a clean Code.
Compatible with WPML and woocommerce
The plugin has many features, is responsive and can be easily configured.
Till today's and after 2 Years of using this plugin, we couldn't find another one offering the same features.
A MUST HAVE for every Wordpress site
The Author has great support and solved problem very efficient a Quick, even those problems that occurs later due to Wordpress Updates,

This Menu Plugin is NOT worth the Money. Extreme Complicated.
- Deactivate and Activate the Plugin and you lose all your settings
- Updates Destroy all the settings
- NO normal Examples
I would not recommend this one to anyone

The plugin configuration little bit advance so that maybe you feel the configuration complected. If you follow this documentation https://demo.accesspressthemes.com/wordpress-plugins/wp-mega-menu-pro/docs/ instruction kindly then you can easily configure the plugin.
We have never found such issues that the plugin lost configurations settings after deactivating or updating plugins because the plugin's settings always save on your site database maybe it is your other plugin or the resources making this issues.
