Hello. We recently converted our site from http to https but the secondary navigation did not refresh to https.

Go here: https://devweb.betahg.com/, mouse over Services & Programs and all the links in the blue bar go to http.

Why aren’t the links refreshing to https? Can you help?

Thank you.

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

Did you check once saving the Permalink Settings once again on your site?

Thanks

Hi, I have the plugin and it is breaking the account pages on my site. It randomly includes product names on these pages, if you see the hero banners on these pages as an example:

https://www.divestyle.co.uk/shop/cart/ https://www.divestyle.co.uk/shop/my-account/

When I disable the plugin it shows the correct headings.

I can setup login information for you to login to my account if you like?

Thanks Chris

We are bit confused about the issue. You can send us your admin details so that we can check the issue and please do send us full details of issue while activating our plugin on your site with any screenshot if possible through below contact form.

Hi, I have just done, hopefully it explains it more. I have included screenshots and login information too.

Hi,

1 I bought this and realized I had to create a child theme which would have been something I would have appreciated on the sales page. Anyway, I have done it and created extra menu location by putting the code in the child themes functions.php. It worked fine.

2 But the menu dont seem to adjust well with the shortcode when placed into a module. You can see example here: https://rvscience.trade/template-building-here/

As you can see, the template is compressed to the left side ? Why doesnt the navigation buttons expand wide within the module ?

You can also see other buttons I created on the top and they are wider, so there is plenty of space for it. I have also gone through all the settings and cannot find anything to make this work.

3 There is plenty of space for the buttons and clearly the other items I placed above goes wide all the way. If this is mostly going to be a problem then it is better I get a refund because the first step adding a menu location I have already done. If there will just be more and more problems I loose interest. I use the divi theme and it is widely used so shouldnt be any problem.

Thanks

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

Please check below reply of your queries:

2) Since vertical menu width will take half width of the main container which is outside the menu so you have to add below custom CSS in order to manage the width according to your container.
.wp-megamenu-main-wrapper.wpmm-orientation-vertical{
    width: 100% !important;
}
Please do add above custom CSS in our plugin’s Custom CSS and check once.

If you have further issues and need any assistance then please do inform us.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the custom css it improved a lot.

1 The menu on the right side is using the “sidebar” module so I am using the WP MEGA MENU WIDGET inside of it. That looks better but only thing is the hover effect doesnt change the color for the whole button when hovering over it. There is a small strip left at the top of the non hovering color.

2 I actually want to use the left side shortcode menu which is placed inside a text module. But that is a mystery to me, why it gets the color it gets, why the size of the buttons ? I thought it would look like on the rightside menu widget ? Is there settings I need to make ? I went into WP MEGAMENU theme list and changed the text to white while the text stayed the same color (edited the default theme).

At the same time the rightside menu widget already got white text ? It is the same shortcode but placed in different places. So maybe leftside menu is inheriting settings from the text module settings ? I thought the shortcode would override everything else ?

UPDATE: I tested changing the text module color to white and no effect/change. So this still indicates that there is some kind of difference using the shortcode in YOUR widget vs using the shortcode inside a wp textmodule.

3 ( I dont actually want to use this option, to place the menu shortcode straight into the main content area, I just added this to see what happens as a clue. My main goal is still to place the shortcode into the text module on the leftside to generate the menu. Second option is to maybe use the widget).

I created a RAW wordpress page without specific theme builder activated. I placed the shortcode withing it and this is the result: https://rvscience.trade/raw-wordpress-editor-only-equals-stone-age-usage/

4 If I decide to use widget after all then I would have the problem with the hover color. It seems to me that the button color from above leaks down to the below button OR the white line divider is placed wrongly. The top button when clicked have no light blue color like the other buttons when hovered over or selected. So that the divider is misplaced or the color of above button leaking seems to be correct ?

Thank you
