Hello! Thanks for your answer. I would test it bevor, but the demo wasn’t accessible. The pictures looks like you can manage all files in front end, not – just backend. Therefore it’s not made for me and I ask for a refund.

I cleared all WP caches and browser’s history/cache chose a standard WP theme and deactivated all plugins and left only yours active and it still didn’t work. Check screencast: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7p9p5mkigz8s2c1/duplicate-bug-no-plugins-active.mp4?dl=0

I also noticed that when I click on the “Duplicate File” button, even though nothing happens, if I try to go to another photo to perform the same function, the button mysteriously disappears and I have to refresh the page for the button (that doesn’t even work as demonstrated by the video) to appear again.

It feels like there are a few bugs around this feature.

Btw, my host is Pressable that specializes in Wordpress installations and is owned by Automattic (that made and runs Wordpress), so I doubt it is a host/php issue.

Given the plugin doesn’t work as promised please refund my purchase. Don’t want to spend additional time problem solving this. Thanks in advance.

This problem has been experienced by many people running caching plugins. And every time it’s the caching plugin that is causing the settings to not be saved. Make sure you completely disable the caching plugin and see if the problem still exists. Some caching plugins still have active caching even after they’ve been disabled. So please once clear all the cache of the site and the browser. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
