I had the other Ban System, which was a standalone system, it was really good but wanted to upgrade to his WordPress version for more features and it's amazing, really like this. Good job!

Very bad suport. The man said he doesnt suport , because I downloaded the file. Also, he said people neds to be a developer.

Your review is full of false statements and information. I haven't said things like "doesnt suport , because I downloaded the file" or "people neds to be a developer". In our email communication I meant that it seems that you do not have basic web/wordpress knowledge to install plugin, so I offered you help multiple times.
With your review you just aim to force me to provide refund but refund cannot be providen for such reason like yours. In the Refund Policy it is stated that the author is not obligated to provide refund if the customer does not have enough expertise to use the item.
I offered you support (installation help) multiple times but you didn't cooperated or even ignored my messages.The email communication is shared here in order Envato and people to see that you are posting fake (invalid) statements in your review:

I had been having form spam for too long. Tried several plugins that didn't work. WP Guard stopped virtually all spammers. Very pleased.
Excellent communication
Awesome plugin, you must buy it if you want to have your wordpress site protected. This plugin gets los of updates to keep it current with the wordpress version. Support also is great.
So far so good. We have used WP Hide & Security Enhancer plugin (free/premium) to hide names of themes & plugins, and this security plugin comes with different security features and works well together.
It seems there are no compatible issues with our settings.

Not compatible with many plugins. Does not work with our WordPress installation.
