Hi,

Before I buy this plugin, can you tell me please if this floating menu plugin is compatible with avada theme and if the floating menu can be a pop up for sub-elements.

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching to us.

It should be compatible with all theme written following standard WordPress codes.Or else, we will surely look into the issue if any arises. And our plugin doesn’t have direct option to call popup but if popup plugin support call for popup through link, surely our plugin will work.

Thanks

Hi there,

Please add the following CSS in your custom CSS section in backend somewhere and check if this resolved the issue. If not, please inform us again and we will surely sort out the issue.

.wpfm-template-3 .wpfm-menu-nav.wpfm-position-top-right ul li,

width: 60px;
height: 60px;
line-height: 60px;

Thank you The contents of the inquiry are well applied However, there is a phenomenon that the menu is hidden because it is pointed to the right. I think I need to move the menu a little toward the center

Hi there,

Thank you for getting back to us and we apologize for the late response.

Please try adding the following CSS into the section where you have previously added the custom CSS codes. This should probably resolve the issue.

.wpfm-template-3 .wpfm-menu-nav.wpfm-position-right ul li, .wpfm-template-3 .wpfm-menu-nav.wpfm-position-top-right ul li, .wpfm-template-3 .wpfm-menu-nav.wpfm-position-bottom-right ul li{
transform: translateX(-62px);
    -webkit-transform: translateX(-62px);
    -moz-transform: translateX(-62px);
    -ms-transform: translateX(-63px);
    -o-transform: translateX(-62px);
}

.wpfm-37116.wpfm-template-3 .wpfm-menu-nav ul li a span img.wpfm-image-icon {
padding: 0;
margin-top: -3px;
}

Thanks

hello, the menu didn’t appear on the webiste please take a look bienhoa.cloudaccess.host

HI there,

We really appreciate you writing in.

There seems to no any html for the plugin menu structure currently being loaded. It means possibly the some backend setting hasn’t being saved which could be either “enable/disable” option in “Floating menu Setting” page or the “Template position” in “Menu Add/edit” page isn’t working. Please check and inform us if the menu is still not being shown in your site after following the above steps.

Thanks

Ive tried everything!

Ive uninstalled and re-installing..still didnt work..ive watched the video too as well
