I am looking the plugin and have some questions. Can we have visitors tickets and participants passes? Can we connect it with FB event page? Can visitors register with social login? Can participants send invitations? Can we know live how many visitors are in the event .

Why is the EventIn plugin on Codecanyon never updated on time and often incorrectly? Can I not move my license to the official themwinter site where its maintained correctly?

I purchased your “Event Manager WordPress Plugin” from CodeCanyon. However, the version of the file I downloaded from CodeCanyon appears to be 3.3.20. When I try to update the plugin (An error occurred while updating Eventin Pro: No update package.) error occurs. How do i update your plugin?

The latest version of the PRO version is 3.3.21. And 3.3.22 is for the Free version. And we have updated the version some days ago. But it was Envato’s problem. We pushed our file and after that, it is not updated our plugin. That’s why it happened. We have now updated our plugin on the code canyon. Please check now.

Pre Sales Question , can we offer group registration like if the user click 10 ticket it will show 10 fields for First Name and Last Name or Invitation like for the group so they can enter their details ?

Say, you event on 15th March, then it will not work. If your event is held on the 16th of March then it will show you the remaining time.

From the Eventin plugin, your event will be act like a virtual product. I mean you can make them as virtual products but, you can not show them on your product list. We have lots of shortcodes and has widgets to show them as list events on a specific page. So don’t think you can merge your events with products. You can sell them like your product. WooCommerce can handle the purchasing system for events only.

I’m thinking on purchasing but I checked your YouTube video and it looks like if someone buys 60 tickets, then that person has to fill in the name, phone, email 60 times. this is ridicolous. is there a workaround for that?

Before I purchase, I want to know if it supports recurring payments along with recurring events? when the event recycles, does it takes the payment again too? Is it like subscription basis? If it does works for recurring payments then what’s the conditions? Do I have to purchase the premium version or the free version is fine? Does the recurring payment works If I set it for woocommerce payments?

Greetings from the ThemeWinter support team. Thanks for reaching out to us. Our plugin has no subscription-base compatibility for purchasing recurring events. In our system when you will make a recurring event, then there will be created the child events with it. And they have also a price form. You can edit them as well. But say, if you create a 26th Feb – 28th Feb recurring event. Then here you will get 3 events. For 26,27, and 28 and they have the price form also when you will create them.

There is no option to make a purchase for them(those 3 events) at a time. You have to purchase them separately. There is no option for a subscription-based purchasing system.

Which is only for booking. But our upcoming PRO version has a seat booking system, and seat plan creation, and for managing conf.., semi… you have to use our plugin Eventin. The PRO version is under construction. After release, we will publish it to our site first.

We will suggest you do deactivate all plugins one by one from your site and check if your system is working correctly or not. Hi, I am very interested in purchasing this plugin and tested out the free version, but have a question as to configure a “multi session” conference where tickets are purchasable for each session… from what I can tell you need to set up a “schedule” first for each session so you can display the speaker information, but then need to add an “event” with just a single session in each one so that you can have ticketing available… can you confirm if this is correct or am I missing something?

Can I have multiple QR codes for a single event ticket because sometimes an event can be subdivided into sections ( like lunch and dinner) and then the separate QR codes for lunch and dinner can be scanned against the food coupons.

Greetings from the ThemeFunction. Thanks for reaching out to us. We are extremely sorry to say that, we don’t have a multiple QR code generation system for a single attendee. But you can make multiple ticket variations for your single event.

And there you can create multiple ticket variations like “lunch/dinner” food tickets. Your clients can buy both tickets from your event and you can scan them multiple times by checking their status. And if you want to charge a single amount for both tickets then you have to make a variation with “0” pricing.

The biggest issue I keep having is most event plugins or themes are primarily for one event per day. Our symposium has 2 tracks running at the same time, on multiple days. Students or attendees need to be able to register for the session they want. We4 usually charges different registration fees based on the level of provider, so volunteer EMTs pay less than doctors. ( Physician CE costs us more to accredit)

Can I connect plugin “Mollie payments” to the Event Manager WordPress plugin (for online payments)?
