Unfortunately, the templates that you’ve seen in the demo are not included in the plugin as such. They’re simply examples of what you can do with the plugin.

We haven’t given up on our plugins and we keep updating them if global issues or bugs come up.
The thing is that the plugins’ diagnostics and resolving issues relating to the conflicts with third-party plugins and themes require the strong involvement of our development team. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to allocate enough resources towards these tasks and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Most of the users do not need support since our plugins have an intuitive interface and they work out of the box. For those who are unable to fix local issues or conflicts themselves, we offer a refund.
We do rely on your understanding and hope our plugin will not cause you any trouble.

In order to send a reply directly to the customer without copy-pasting their email, you need to copy Email element ID and add it to Additional mail settings – Reply-to field:

Unfortunately, there is no such functionality in the plugin by default, but you can implement RTL for Arabic using CSS codes. Please contact your web developer for that.

Hello team. I was wondering if you contact form had a pop up option? An example is you click on a ‘Contact Us’ button and the contact form pops up? Not the floating button but more a button I can link to within my content.

We are happy to inform you that our Contact Form has a floating layout that works the way you described: there is a button that triggers a popup with a form when you click on it. You can find this option in Layout section on Appearance tab in your widget’s settings.
However, if you want the widget to come up from your custom button, you will need to ask your website developers to help you with this kind of integration.
