Hi!

I can’t get player to play live stream http://www.radioking.com/play/jivoeradio You can check it on http://jivoe.in . Shortcode I use is [cleanaudioplayer theme=”dark” disableControls=”true” playlist=”{title: ‘Эфир’, artist: ‘Живое радио’, mp3: ‘http://www.radioking.com/play/jivoeradio'}"] Any Ideas?

Hello. I have a question. When i lock my phone i have a name of playing track on lock screen with your plugin. But other players that i tested with wordpress show me a link path to mp3 file. What is missing in other players to have a tags (instead of link) on lock screen? Want to understand.

Hi there!

I think other players provide to “audio” element incorrect data or not provide.

All magic in this thing: https://gyazo.com/aa5ff99f254c5b0857736709d8511310

Hi,

Is it possible to disable the volume control on single tracks? Also can you change the width of the track position bar?

Hello, may i know how to not to always autoload the first track data automatically into the player because it take some time for the page to load. I want it to be load with empty player but when the user click on the track they want to play, then it will load the track into the player. Thank you.

Hi there!

Parameter: Preload

String : (Default: “metadata”) : Valid values are “none”, “metadata” and “auto”, which matches the HTML5 draft standard. Use “auto” to preload the file.

Preload is a hint to the user agent, not a command. Some browsers ignore this option.

Okay, thank you.Will wait.

Hi, how can setup my shortcode if I wan’t the player show the title song when the source is a shoutcast stream?

Hi there!

It’s not possible to load dynamic title of song in current version. Maybe in future we add this feature for streams.

Hi. Is it possible to make a shadow for player like on your live preview page?

It’s resolved.

Hi,

I’ve copied an existing shortcode and only replaced the track names and file extensions and for some reason the player won’t display?

Please take a look at the following and diagnose the issue for me:

PLAYER 1 (works perfectly):

[cleanaudioplayer theme=”dark” disable_controls=”false” autoplay=”false” playlist_height=”600px” playlist=”{title: ‘BYLLY – Upał’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/BYLLY-Upał-Preview.mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Catartsis – Exteriei’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Catartsis-Exteriei-Preview.mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Violent – Memoria’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Violent-Memoria-Preview.mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Ospiel – Nazareth’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Ospiel-Nazareth-Preview.mp3’, free: false}”]

PLAYER 2 (doesn’t display):

[cleanaudioplayer theme=”dark” disable_controls=”false” autoplay=”false” playlist_height=”600px” playlist=”{title: ‘Alxndr James – Conform’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/A1%20Alxndr%20James%20-%20Conform%20(Preview).mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Graeson – Hatchet’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/A2%20Graeson%20-%20Hatchet%20(Preview).mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Mescal – Obsidian’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/B1%20Mescal%20-%20Obsidian%20(Preview).mp3’, free: false}, {title: ‘Catartsis – Adverse’, mp3: ’/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/B2%20Catartsis%20-%20Adverse%20(Preview).mp3’, free: false}”]

What have I done wrong?

Thanks!

Hi there!

Is it problem actual?

Hello I just bought your product thinking that I could use it on my online radio website, but I’m seeing that it only plays but does not show the current song. So I do not need your player without the title of the song that sounds on the radio. There would be a chance it would work.

Hi there!

Now this player is not supporting live streaming meta tags. We add this feature in 2.0 version. It will be released soon.

Hello,

I recently bought your wordpress module, I just test it with the audio player module for wordpress (wp 4.7 default theme).

It work fine but an error in JS console appear (test with chrome and FF):

Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function at jquery.cleanaudioplayer.js?ver=4.7:4291

This is this line:

$(function(){ $(’.mediatec-cleanaudioplayer’).cleanaudioplayer(); });

Jquery is loaded fine in head before your script:

...../wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.4

I just fix it by moving $(function(){ $(’.mediatec-cleanaudioplayer’).cleanaudioplayer(); }); before the last “}(jQuery));” of the file.

This is correct?

Thanks

Hi there!

Try to use jQuery(function(){ jQuery(’.mediatec-cleanaudioplayer’).cleanaudioplayer(); });
