Whether you want to process the 3d secure transaction or all transaction as normal can be done through worldpay account. The plugin is developed to process the 3d secure transactions if the card is enrolled and worldpay account allow these.

I’ve just ordered and installed this. One quick question is – how can I set the default card expiry month to be the current month?

Currently the default is January. Obviously entering anything before the current month makes little sense.

Solved this problem myself. Wasn’t anything to do with the extension – basically WorldPay hadn’t migrated my XML Password over to the Live Environment. All works a treat now!

I’m struggling to get the payment response working with Worldpay.

Payments are going through to world pay but payments are appearing as Processing in Woocommerce and Woocommerce isn’t kicking off the relevant new order and order placed emails.

I’m using payment response url of https://www.tcastaging.co.uk/?wc-api=woocommerce_worldpaydirect

‘Payment Response enabled’ and ‘Enable the Shopper Response’ check boxes are ticked.

Any help as to how to get this working would be awesome.

This is the callback failure email I’m receiving from WorldPay:

I solved my problem. In case it’s any use to anyone else, the problem is a conflict with the wordpress plugin Bulletproof Security.

After updating to the latest version of WooCommerce (2.3) there appears to be a fatal error when accessing the WordPress Settings page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WooCommerce::logger() in /home/nellyduf/public_html/_thedev/wp-content/plugins/woo-worldpay-direct/gateway-worldpay-direct.php on line 65

Is this in incompatibility with the plugin and Woo 2.3?

Have updated the plugin. So please try downloading it. Also as for your error it seems you might have entered wrong Merchant Code.

We’re using vs 1.0 of your WorldPay XML Direct Gateway for WooCommerce plugin.

We have two local versions of our WordPress website set up – one is running WooCommerce version 2.28 with your plugin and everything is working fine.

We are also running a local version testing WooCommerce version 2.3.13.

Unfortunately when using WooCommerce 2.3.13 we get this error message when trying to access WooCommerce plugin settings and if trying to proceed to the checkout through the website locally:

Line 65 is: if ($this->debug==’yes’) $this->log = $woocommerce->logger();

The plugin version you have working is older and WooCommerce 2.3.x needs a updated plugin you can download it from codecanyon’s download section.

But this latest version won’t work with WooCommerce 2.28

Hi I have installed the plugin however the payments do not process with 3d secure enabled on the worldpay account and when this is turned off the payment seems to go through but the order says payment pending WorldPay XML Direct Payment Intiated waiting for IPN response.please advise
