In the screen shots of the plugin, it shows an example customer’s order history. But all it shows is an order number and total.
Does the plugin have the ability to get to the specific product(s) that were ordered as part of the order number?
It’s more the product data we need, in order to make recommendations based on previously purchased items.

Hello, I’m very much interested in your plugin. I need to know if the admin can give the user the option to choose between coupon and bank transfer during the return request process. If the user selects coupon and the admin approves the request, a one time coupon should be created for the user for that refund amount. And If the user selects “bank transfer”, the admin will process the refund manually. I check the demo, when “Refund” is selected in “Resolution type”, a dropdown with the options “Coupon” and “Bank transfer” should be perfect.
I really hope this plugin can do it. If it can do it, I’m buying it right away. I’d probably need several copies. Thanks in advance.

Is it compatible with WC 4.6.x ?
For now our plugin supports only WC 3.9.X. We are working on the plugin in order to make it compatible with the latest WC version.

Is it possible to add multiple types of returns with their own time frames.. For example we provide 60-Day Returns and 1 Year Warranty on all our products.

Hi, the refund will not automatically occur once approved as the plugin is only used to create the record for the order and not automatically provide the refund as it also depends on the payment method enabled on your website. This product has an inline chat system in the customer admin but does it send email notifications to customer so that they can know to check messages/responses from the store admin?

I am looking to maybe buy this plugin. However, when I tested the demo I did not see any pictures uploaded to see how it looked. When I logged into the admin section and tried to look at the RMA details there is an RMA number that is linked. I tried to click on it to open it and nothing happened. Okay I tried that link and logged in clicked on order ID 122 and it still does the same thing I reported last time. Here are my steps. -I login and go to main RMA screen and select view for order ID 122. The RMA detail opens up and the first element in the record is order ID 122. When I hover over the 122 I get a link so I click on it and get nothing.
This is the link to the order. From here the admin can redirect to the order in the order list. And in the demo the permission not provided to the demo user that’s why it is not redirecting to the order. Hope now, it is clear to you.
