Hi, what’s the best way to zoom out on the woocommerce product map, it’s too close in? Also on info popup, there is no X symbol, just a grey dot. Lastly, when i click on view more, it goes to a 404 page, where is that set up?
Sorry for not answer you sooner,
Please use the form on item support to send us a PM with more details, your site url and some screenshot so we will check the issues and help you.

It is necessary to allow them access to the backend.
Pre sale queshion:

Have a nice day,
OOOO!!!!!!! Im buying!
OK, I’ve purchased and it doesnt see the WC Vendor stores at all, are you saying i need to manually map them?
If I have “address” as a product attribute, can this locator pick that up? ( Goal is to display in the maps where products are located )
Please kindly refer online document: Using with Woocommerce. Create a map then go to the products and select stores to apply the single product which is available in stores marked on Google maps. So you can add more product for a marker(stores) on the map.
If you have any assistance please feel free create a new topic on our support forums.
Thanks and best regards!
Hi, I’m trying to add a Google Maps tab in a product, like you have in your demo http://demo.dawnthemes.com/woo-map/product/flying-ninja/ but I can’t find that option… I’ve created the map and linked the product with the map, but I can only add the map in the product description area using the shortcode. How can I add a Google Maps tab like the one you have in the demo? Thanks in advance

Our support staff will help you.
I’m looking for certain functionality out of a plugin like this.
I need to be able to search a database of stores and list the closest ones (on a map and text list) within x radius of a input-able location. I would then like to pass this search output in to a gravity form. Would this be possible with your plugin?
Thanks for interesting in our plugin,
Currently, this feature is not supported in the current version of plugin. We will consider to bring it to new version of plugin if possible.
Have a nice weekend,
Hi there, I´m really missing a way to set the zoom into the map. At the moment there is just one marker and the card is quite small but the zoom is maximum. Maybe you can add this option into the settings in one of your next updates. Or am I blind and there is already a way to solve this problem?
Please kindly refer to the online document: http://doc.dawnthemes.com/woomap/#!/tips
We will add this option into the settings in the next version.
Hi just purchased you plugin. Thank you it’s realy good but I am missing the option to write my zip-code in the map and get all nearby results. Thx
Currently, this feature is not supported in the current version of our plugin.
We will consider to bring it to the next version of our plugin if possible and we will inform you when we’re done.
I would like to enable the wpautop function for the location description content area. Currently it’s not adding line-breaks automatically. What’s the hook that I can add to my functions.php file to enable this?
I’m using b-theme
Currently, it’s not supported in the current version of our plugin.
We will update to add the hook to do that in the next version of our plugin as soon as possible. So please kindly wait for some time we will inform you immediately when we’re done and the next version has been approved.
Pre Sales Question: is the amount of stores you can add to the map limited to a certain number? For example, if we would like to add 300 or more locations, is that possible?
Thanks for your interesting in our plugin.
And yes, it’s possible and it’s unlimited to add that.
Thank you, that sounds promising!
I see this question from xxlord1000xx (about importing data) is from about 1 year ago. Is importing supported in the current version of the Store Locator?
- [Updated] Google Maps API
- [Added] Data sample
Can’t find any import button what so ever.
How about a little help here.
A screenshot would help.
Please use WordPress Importer: Navigation to Dashboard > Tools > Import > Install or Run the WordPress Import then select the xml file in our plugin/data-sample/*.xml.
with the shortcode can i do a map with the products of specific woocommerce category and tag? Thanks!
Yes it’s possible
Big disappointment using this plugin for so far.
Finaly found out how to use the import function but was not informed about the format. Now i have 300 adresses in a csv format and the plugin only imports xml.
I installed the plugin in my site but there is no map showing.
Checkout my testpage: http://www.johnsonpetfoods.nl/verkoopadressen-nieuw/
I checked the forum but nothing useful about maps not showing.
Do i need to install the google API? Didnt read anything about that in the support page.
What to do?
Currently, we have not a plan to update the import function in our plugin. We will consider it if possible. And what’s your topic? Please create a new topic so our support team will respond to you as fast we can. Because when I check on your site, I see a PHP error, this may cause unexpected error.
Again, please create a topic in our support forums if you don’t see any solution in another topic.
Hi. Is this product suitable for adding multiple products (holiday accommodation) to woocommerce, and adding a map to each listing, which will show both the location on the actual listing itself, plus the location of all properties on a larger map on the homepage (with all properties included) – and would visitors be able to search these properties by location somehow?
If this is possible, is it possible to do this without having to create a store for each product, as there will be hundreds of products/accommodation listings and it may be a pain to have to create a store to attach to each one?
Sorry for not answer you sooner, We have just back from the holidays.
Thanks for interesting in our plugin. Yes, this is possible and you don’t need to create a store for each product. A store will be applied/contain multiple products.
And if you need any assistance please create a topic on our support forums. Our support team will respond to you as fast we can.
Does this work with Dokan Multi-Vendor plugin? (Will it show vendor stores)
Currently, it’s not supported in the current version. We will consider to bring it to the next version of our plugin if possible. Then we will inform you immediately when we’re done!
Thanks for interesting in our plugin and best regards!
pre sales question, do you support Dokan multi vendors to show all vendors on the map – also can you categorise the vendors so for example show all fashion retailers, toy stores etc..
Hi. Is it possible to add multiple events (e.g. set up via events calendar plugin) to the map? Combined with a function to filter those by date?
It’s impossible in the current version.
We will consider this feature.
Hi this is excellent. But need some functions. I want to search product and find nearrest result.
You must dedect or use defined location after list se4arch results by distance.
Thanks for interesting in our plugin. We will consider your request.
Does this have the option to list all the stores or dealers in a list below the marked map? I don’t see that option at all in the live demo.
