Changed from 1 star review.

Customer support found the problem I was experiencing. Issue was related to how media was added to site with the imported by (created by author) meta box missing information.

Many thanks to the team for the quality customer support.

Top! Buy it!
This plugin is a must if you have one Real Media Library.
I don't know how I can do without this unique plugin.

Fantastic plugin and a fantastic dev. Mathew has really gone above and beyond helping me integrate Real Physical Media with my own image optimization plugin.

I also despise the default folder structure of WordPress, so these plugins have been a godsend for helping me organize all of my images.

If you're thinking about it, stop, just buy it. It's a fantastic plugin from a fantastic dev that deserves the support.

for Other

I don't give it 5 stars because it needs another plugin to work 100% with Real Media Library. It would be great a plugin that does the work of these three together.

Fast and friendly support. They immediately solved a small bug and made my work a lot easier.
The plugin works fine so far and was implemented with a lot of care.
The plugin is absolutely worth the money.

I bought both Real Media Library and Real Physical Media. Did not regret it. I would say it is critical and handy when it comes to managing images on wordpress as well as the physical file on the server. The support is awesome and fast too, which is really important for me. Great job!

Brilliant plugin, exceptional support!
This plugin allows for actual proper media management, where we are not just tagging categories to DB entries. Load items, move as required and easy enough for most WP user to not stuff up.
Dev team also took the time with a support enquiry that made for a seamless migration off another 'media manager' and import existing nested folders perfectly.

- only feedback is the dependence on a 3rd party plugin. Whilst necessary, 'media file renamer' adds another separate admin menu item, looks tacky and is too easy for other users to stuff up settings. Hopefully devowl could eventually write their own and have something that looks and works as professional as their own plugins.
