Great work GL
Thanks for your nice words
Hi, is it possible to set 2 different templates for different purpose? For example one for WordPress emails and one for WooCommerce?
Yes, this is absolutely possible. You can have a simple email template for your regular emails and set a specific template for your WooCommerce emails.
Thanks for your feedback. As a theme developer I should inform you that you can use “WordPress Pretty Emails” plugin in your theme and create nice templates for emails that is matched with the main theme style.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Does your plugin work with Wordpress standard Notifications ? About that, do you propose Notification template ?
Any notes and release date about new version ?
Thanks for your feedback. Yes, it worked with all emails that send by WordPress. You can select one of your desired email templates for this. (We provide you 5 templates now).
The new version will release maximum till 10 days from now. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
Ok thank your for this detail
Do you support buddypress email also ??
Because i have a free HTML email plugin and as buddypress have already HTML template, it was in conflict.
Yes, we’re working on BuddyPress integration now and it will release in the next update as soon as possible.
Using this integrity you can disable BuddyPress HTML Template and use “WordPress Pretty Emails” Email Template instead.
Please feel free to let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
I emailed you a couple of weeks ago regarding a refund but haven’t heard back. This plugin just doesn’t have the diversity I was hoping it had.
Please can I get a refund?
Thanks for your feedback. Please let us know what kind of diversity do you need? In the new version, we’re releasing new email templates with some new options. I suggest you to wait till that time.
BTW, we didn’t receive your refund request. If you insist to refund, then feel free to send a request and we will approve it.
I would have liked to have had more control over the styling as the templates were very limited in regards to the customisation that could be done (fonts etc). Also there were no line breaks applied which the standard WordPress emails had which reduced the readability. Can you please send me over a refund?
Thanks for your feedback. We cannot send you a refund, you should request for a refund yourself and then we will approve it.
BTW, did you try the WPE1.5.0?
Hi, I activated the buddypress integration in my website but the Buddypress notification status is always sent to BP html format … do i need to disable buddypress mails by a custon function ? Do i need to add this : add_filter( ‘bp_email_use_wp_mail’, ‘__return_true’ );
Thanks for your purchase. No you shouldn’t have to add any codes. We already considered everything. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us your website admin access to check the issue on your website.
Look forward to hear back from you.
On the Notifications1 Template:
- Bottom Content > Right Button Text: The character ”|” appears after the text I enter and can’t be removed. Even when I remove all button text, the character ”|” is still there.
- Main Content > Title: It would be great to have an option to disable this and remove the small divider below.
- Main Content: There’s only an option to choose a background image. When choosing ‘No Image’, the background color is #555555. How can I change the background color?
- It also doesn’t let me pick a text color in this template. Having white text on a white background doesn’t work very well.
Thank you so much for purchase and your feedbacks.
We have added these options in next release and it will be available very soon as it will be a minor update for bugs fix and adding some important options.
Thanks! Do you know when the next release will be available?
Thanks for your feedback. We’re working on it and we will release it in one week.
Please let us know if there is anything we can help you with.
Can you add in next release an option to configure background color of main content … and fonts ? Specially for notifications template …
Thank you for your considerations
Thanks for your feedback. These options already added and will be available very soon.
Any news on next release please ?! Thank you
Sorry for delay. We are so busy with some new features these days. Update will be available until 27th Nov.
Thanks for your patient.
Hi, just purchased WordPress Pretty HTML Emails, it looks brilliant, how do I configure it to handle the system emails like sending Registration or Password reset emails. This is the primary purpose for purchasing the product. Thank you.
Thanks for your feedback. It should work fine for all emails including registration and password reset emails of WordPress.
The default template that you set will be used for all emails. You can configure the default template.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
I’ve updated the plugin. In the Notifications1 template, there’s a divider line between the main and bottom content. The color is #F69679, but I’d like to change this. How do I do this?
Also, all hyperlinks in the email take the same color, which I’d like to change.
Thanks for your feedbacks.
Some part of templates can’t edit right now, and mentioned parts is one of them. All these options will be added to next version.
Is it possible attached pdf on the newsletter?
Thanks for your feedback. No, this option is not available now but we will transfer your feedback to management team so they may add it in the future.
Is there any screen shots available to see what the templates look like for woocommerce e-mails?
Thanks for your feedback. We will consider adding it.
Hi, rtl support?
Unfortunately, there is no RTL support for the email templates.
Very nice designs, and an excellent price.
Thank you very much for your nice words
I would like to know if I could the template instead of using the ready-made ones
If you’re a developer, you can create your own templates otherwise it’s not possible for none technical users.

I want to buy this plugin for wordpress. I have few questions
1) Will this plugin allow to add email templates for Signup, Lost Password, Reset password ?
2) Will this plugin allow to override all woocommerce emails?
3) Will this plugin allow to override all wordpress default emails like comment, add post and admin emails ?
Yes, you can select one of WPE email templates as default template and one for WooCommerce emails. Then all of WooCommerce emails will send by the selected template for WooCommerce and the rest (Including all WordPress and third party plugins’ emails) will send by default template.
Also, if you’re using BuddyPress, you can disable BudyPress templating system and use WPE instead.
searching for a woocommerce email plugin. in your example screenshots i dont see an example for woocommerce. can you add it?
We will consider adding it. Thanks for your feedback.
Ok. Please add theme to item details.
I need a woocommer email template but i dont have examples thats you plugin is the right.
I like the plug in but can’t actually edit the content wtihin the standard WordPress emails. Also, no line breaks are included in the default content, rendering any links provided useless. How can this be fixed?
Does this plugin send automated notifications to subscribers by Author?
I don’t want to email all subscribers every time a post is published, I want it to by by Author (and I want to select which authors have this feature)
For example Author A is a business writer, I want readers to be able to sign up for notifications of A’s new posts, either just after a new post is published, or at the end of the day. Only readers who have subscribed to A’s notifications receive the email.
Author B is a political writer. his readers can subscribe to B’s notifications. Then when we publish one of his posts, his subscribers are notified.
I’ve looked at many plugins and so far I haven’t found one that does this. I see you show Notifications on your plugin page, but I don’t see any documentation that tells me about that capability.
I’ve been playing around with the settings a bit but I get some strange behaviour. I tried to tweak the “Introduction” theme and disabled both header and footer.
When I send a test mail to both gmail as an outlook address I get different results …
In gmail header & footer are not visible
In outlook I see the default header of the theme and also the footer. Also the image I chose for the content is stretched out.
