I checked your plugin, thank you for your work. I would like to make some suggestions and feature requests. 1: The Notifications Settings section on the payment page is a very unnecessary and crowded section. It is enough to send an automatic sms to the phone number written by the customer in the Normal Invoice Section. So I don’t want an option added to this section. 2: Since some malicious customers use someone else’s phone number or write a fake number, it would be very good to make a one-time OTP Sms verification on the phone number that the Customer wrote in the Invoice section to prevent this. If they do not verify, they will not be allowed to proceed to the payment page. In other words, when the customer clicks the Place order button after typing their information, the OTP SMS Verification code entry section opens in a small pop-up window. After completing the verification process, it is directed to the payment process. If a transaction is made in this way, the Customer’s Order is Compulsorily Delivered as an SMS and it is proven. Please improve this plugin to make the billing section simple and the customer constantly typing information, reducing complexity and speeding up the purchasing process Also, does your plugin have any negative impact on Site Performance? Does it affect sample page load times?

Thank you for the suggestions. I plan to release a rework for this plugin soon to fix many existing issues and improve the existing features. I don’t have an ETA for when the update will be released, but I will add the improvement you mentioned.

Can new Order Status Notifications for Vendors be added? If so, is this something that you can provide via support?

The plugin sends notifications based on the order status.
Please note: Only SMS and Pushbullet notifications can be sent without restrictions, for WhatsApp the current version can only send messages to WhatsApp contacts that have messaged first in the past 24h. Support for freeform messages will be added in the future.

To be honest i didn’t use your notification for live yet since it’s not working with woocommerce. i activated it and integrate the twillio but all my clients when create orders they didn’t get in SMS. look here this is sendinblue addon how they offer option for send notification to clients number directly without adding new field for add clients number. https://i.imgur.com/OfahsH4.png
Your plugin should grab customers numbers from the core filed of number in wordpress/woocommerce. and send them the updates of order or license keys etc…

i wish there’s notification like one-signal that not require the member to setup API. also you mentioned that its support License Manager plugin i purchased the plugin just for this feature how can i set it i didn’t find in docs.
+ i suggest to support telegram it’s easy and free. (Users can link their telegram and get updates using bot) or send notification to admin when new orders happens.

- Users can see their successful notifications in their WC my-account page + a shortcode to show the logs in custom pages.
- Post creation/update notifications for admins.
- License manager support: send purchased license keys in WooCommerce order notifications.
