The software checks with the providers server every time the page loads. His server is offline again - and thus slows our site to a halt. We cannot license or change domains for our plugins because his server is down.
I am happy to pay for support - but cannot get a response at all. And it destroys our plugin credibility which is worse than the bugs. I purchased newrelic for our server and can confirm completely that the fault of failure is because his site is down and his license plugin has failed.
