I had a little issue that support resolved right away. I recommend this plugin.
This plugin upgraded my already bought WordPress live Chat Plugin from same author (I bought plugin cheaper on site which supports original plugins with GPL license) and upgraded it which is awesome. Customization is way better then other chat systems that we used until last week.
