Having issues haven't heard from the support team. It's not good business to not support the customers that support you. Its been since Mon, Apr 26 at 9:09 AM since I saw an email asking for our credentials. Provided the information and haven't heard back. My opinion is that if you can't get the support needed don't buy the product. If I had a deadline to make I would have lost a lot of money as a developer.

there is absolutely no documentation anywhere

No support after 26 days from request. Plugin full of bug and errors in the chrome console. Also it's a sh*t about security, you can execute "script" command inside the chatbox.

very difficult to setup its bad plugin

There is are some limitations on the example site, like uploading files, images, and embedding a video from YouTube, but the actual plugin works like a charm.

I recommend this plugin for anyone who wants simple interaction between users on your site. Please note that this requires buddypress, so you'll have that aspect on your site as well.

Automatically pulls your user icons from WordPress. Has audio notifications if users post on your site while your browser is open. Everything works. It's totally worth the investment.

It is not a good plugin if there are needs for controlling group discussions.

By using this plugin, users can see and join groups even the groups are not dedicated to them.

The customization options are mostly focused on layouts. You can control role-based discussions.

There is only one generic chatroom what every user can see if you want share discussions between the users. Ok, you can have private group based chatrooms but what is the sense if everybody can join to groups?

I still like to say, this plugin might be good for some purposes. But not in the sites if there are needs for protect and share content based on user profiles.

Fix the group privacy matters and add more role based customization options, then weI'll be loyal customer of this plugin.

But now it was waste of money - sorry for this statement. If the plugin was free, then it was acceptable but the price is now way too high.
