And one more question: in the demo, when i receive the confirmation mail i can cancel the resrvation, but i can’t modify it. This happens only in the demo? Clients can modify the booking from the link in the confirmation email?

Second, yes you can book a table from smartphone.
Third, for now we only have a cancellation button but we are working on modify button and hoping to make it work soon.

We are having issue here… after selecting the [Find a Table], the list of time available below “Availability on December 31, 2016 around for 4 people.
6:30 PM” does not pop ups to the next process. It stuck there even after clicking on all the suggested time.

Hi, I see in the seating plans image that you can only set date and time for the restaurant. The issue is that most restaurants open certain hours for lunch and then for dinner. For example Monday – Friday Lunch 12:30 – 4:00 and 8:00 – 11:30. Currently I can only add 12:30-11:30 and customers will make reservations between 4-8. Is there a way to add 2 set hours each day?
Also, the reservation form may confused customers to think the reservation is confirmed. Is there a way to change the text on the form so we can state that it’s only a request and reservation is not completed until they receive confirmation?
I would like to avoid 100 people filling the form and thinking it’s confirmed. Also, we sometimes close the restaurant for events.
We are working on setting up 2 different hours in a day, we are working on an update with that feature which is expected in February.
Also, we will change default reservation status to “pending” and restaurant owner will be able to approve it.
