Sorry…...you do have notifications…....why though don’t you have a way to take a % by Paypal to prevent false booking by a joker??

I´m interested in your plugin and would like to test it before i buy. Do you have any kind of demo of the backoffice to see how it works?

My client (the restaurant owner) would also like to add bookings from his smartphone. Is it possible?

And one more question: in the demo, when i receive the confirmation mail i can cancel the resrvation, but i can’t modify it. This happens only in the demo? Clients can modify the booking from the link in the confirmation email?

Second, yes you can book a table from smartphone.

Third, for now we only have a cancellation button but we are working on modify button and hoping to make it work soon. :)

We are having issue here… after selecting the [Find a Table], the list of time available below “Availability on December 31, 2016 around for 4 people. 6:30 PM” does not pop ups to the next process. It stuck there even after clicking on all the suggested time.

Hi, I see in the seating plans image that you can only set date and time for the restaurant. The issue is that most restaurants open certain hours for lunch and then for dinner. For example Monday – Friday Lunch 12:30 – 4:00 and 8:00 – 11:30. Currently I can only add 12:30-11:30 and customers will make reservations between 4-8. Is there a way to add 2 set hours each day?

Also, the reservation form may confused customers to think the reservation is confirmed. Is there a way to change the text on the form so we can state that it’s only a request and reservation is not completed until they receive confirmation?

I would like to avoid 100 people filling the form and thinking it’s confirmed. Also, we sometimes close the restaurant for events.

We are working on setting up 2 different hours in a day, we are working on an update with that feature which is expected in February.

Also, we will change default reservation status to “pending” and restaurant owner will be able to approve it.

I’m sorry but it is an application to be avoided! I have problems with the ‘installation. I sent an email to the support with no response. I tried to “localhost” and does not work azzolutamente. It does not allow any customization.

Hello I’m sorry, I also tried the latest version in “localhost” and do not like, because I have not the management of the tables. It does not allow any customization. It not is the plugin I was looking for. Can I get a refund?

First of all, the plugin has table management and fully customisable. It is even open source, so you can add your design and features.

The plugin comes with all features that promised in item description and video promotion.

Hello, it’s seems to be a really good work and exactly what i’m looking for. I have some questions anyway.

First, my client have 4 different restaurant. So is it possible to have Restaurant’s contact/manager, si when somebody book a table in a specific restaurant, only the right manager will receive the email ?

And, is it possible to send SMS/text to the manager when a booking is done ?

To finish, can a manager cancel a booking ? and he can say why in the email to the client ?

Annnd i promise it’s almost finish ;) can i have a demo access to the back office to see how it works ? Thansk a lot !

Let me explain your questions one by one.

  • You can create multiple restaurants (no limit)
  • Each restaurant can have different emails for notifications. All notification emails will be sent to site email first and than a copy will be sent to restaurant owners’ emails.
  • Site email is primary email for notifications that can be changed in plugin options.
  • No SMS support
  • Bookings approved automatically and booking status can be changed anytime by operator. Operator can choose not to send notification email while he/she is updating status.
  • No reason can be added to cancellation email.

Why don’t you send a demo request to support@screets.com? One of my colleagues will send you the demo version, so you can try it in your own WP installation :)

Im asking this, because I would like to give the ownership of each Vendor inside the website, to manage and control their own Table Booking in their own listing (I have a city guide multi restaurant website running woocommerce, like Yelp).
