I logged a support request 17 November (http://phppoet.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/2450). I received no response. I followed up on 21st November - no response.
It is now 18 days later, the status is 'being processed', zero acknowledgment, zero response, zero progress.

you should have used "contact author" button on https://codecanyon.net/item/wooswatches-woocommerce-color-or-image-variation-swatches/7444039/support for support. thats our official support channel . anyway , regarding your issue, your theme is overriding the plugin css. to fix just add this additional css into your theme's additional css section.

The plug-in seems to work OK but I can't seem to get support for a small fix which effects the product images. The support option woomatrix.zdesk.co does not work !! Can you tell me how I can get support please.

Great plugin with really awesome technical support. I had a couple of reasons to contact support as there were a couple of issues, and I received quick and helpful responses on both occasions. Keep up the great work!
