Can I use this plugin, with both the fedex and USPS shipping plugins? Also if so, do I have the ability to charge additional charges on specific products depending onw hat shipping method? We ship a few hazardous materials, and every other product I want to still get the main shipping rate. But for these specific products, I need to be able to add additional charges for every shipping method other then ground shipping, which incurs no additional fees. Thank you.
Unfortunately we haven’t tested those plugins together and can’t guarantee full compatibility.
The issue here might be that WooShip adds it’s own shipping methods, so can’t base conditions on any other shipping methods, added by other plugins.
Hi there. When my customer selects items from more than one shipping class, how can I get the cart to combine the two(or more) totals? Thanks

I’m considering this plugin for a client’s delivery service website. Can it be configured for weight and size of package, plus the distance between pickup and delivery locations? I tried your demo, but didn’t see how to set distance options for charges.
I’m afraid there’s no such option to select the distance – you can only use shipping zone or separate shipping address fields for conditions in such case.
How to automatically select free shipping (for example: 2000 <= order subtotal) and hide other shipping charges.
You can set this in option “If multiple methods match” – set it to the auto-select the least expensive method and free shipping will be selected automatically.
If i set:
Condition: $ 100 <Subtotal (Free Shipping Terms), Last show Shipping Cost: [A Shipping Name] $ 0
Condition: $ 100 <Subtotal (Free Shipping Terms), Last show Shipping Cost: [B Shipping Name] $ 0
That is, to retain any of my [shipping name], but meet the conditions, the shipping amount shows $ 0,
Is it feasible?
If i set:
【A shipping name】: $ 3,
Conditions: $ 100 <Subtotal (Free Shipping Terms), Last Shipping: [A Shipping Name] $ 0
Conditions: $ 100 <Subtotal (free shipping conditions), the last show Shipping costs: 【B shipping name】 $ 0
That is, to retain any of my set [shipping name], but meet the conditions, the amount of freight displayed $ 0,
If i set:
” A shipping name”: $ 3,
Conditions: $ 100 <Subtotal (Free Shipping conditions), last shipping costs show : “A Shipping Name” $ 0
” B shipping name”: $ 6,
Conditions: $ 100 <Subtotal (free shipping conditions), last shipping costs show: “B shipping name” $ 0
That is, to retain any of my set “shipping name”， but meet the conditions, last shipping costs show “shipping name” $ 0,

Hi, Can you advise if the postcode condition has to be entered with both uppercase and lowercase versions…..or does the system not have to match the case?
In the current version it matches codes as they were entered, so if you use uppercase in condition, then lowercase won’t be matched. We will improve this in future, so any combinations of case in codes would also work.
Thank you for your attention to this!
i am struggling to get the additional charges to work by uk postcode so i’m guessing something is wrong with the format of the postcodes i’m entering. For example to cover all possible entries for the CM postcode i would need to enter CM*, cm, CM, cm, CM, cm*, this is so it can cover for example CM10 1AA and also cm2 1aa. Is this correct as i’m using this method for an additional charge but for some reason its not picking this up.
sorry the formatting was changed when i submitted the question so will subsitute * with # - i am struggling to get the additional charges to work by uk postcode so i’m guessing something is wrong with the format of the postcodes i’m entering. I see that you submitted a ticket to check for this issue, so let’s please continue discussing it there.
presales question. can i limit local pickup option to certain city with this plugin?
You can create your own shipping methods with conditions, so you can create “Local Pickup” with conditions that match only certain city. If you already have that method configured in WooCommerce, then it’s recommended to remove it, as WooShip won’t be able to affect it.
Hello—presale question here. Will I be able to hide other shipping methods on some items? We currently offer 3 different options but would like to make only 1 available for certain products.
Yes, this is a conditional shipping plugin which allows you to show or hide different shipping methods/rates based on various criteria, including products in cart.
Currently there’s no full integration between the two plugins, unfortunately.
Wouldn’t it work fine if you created multiple shipping rates that user could pick from? They can be named after your warehouse locations.
Hi, please help with this issue:
I want a coupon for freeshipping, have set that up and its working.
Now, I have some products that are. “Free just pay shipping” so if they apply that coupon they are going to get everything for free. So I need that that shipping codition doesnt apply.
I have set the shipping method like this:
condition: coupon applied: at least one of selected: freeshippingcoupon
condition2: product attributes: is none of selected: free+ship
shouldn’t those conditions work? what I need is free shipping if they apply that coupon BUT NOT FOR THE products that have the attribute free+ship
How else can I achieve this? free shipping with coupon except for certain products.
Thanks a lot
Do I understand you correctly – if that coupon is applied, shipping fee should be calculated for all products except those that have attribute free+ship?
How do you charge for shipping? Is it per item?
Can this be set up for our recommended shipping option and the customer also be able to choose a say UPS/FED-EX rush options or it is no or the other?
WooShip creates it’s own shipping methods, and those can be used easily, but unfortunately it doesn’t affect any third-party methods. So if you set those up within WooShip, then it’ll work as you described.
I do not want it to “effect” other options/ plugins but I want them to be able to have other options for express shipping from a big carrier via their plugins if they want it faster. I want to use yours for cheap rates and not have it conflict with other shipping plugins if I want them as well.
Sure, in that case there shouldn’t be any issues – all available shipping options will be available for user to select.
Hi, Your plugin looks fantastic…
1) I have just installed woo commerce version 3.1.1 with the theme Avada. Can you please confirm that it will be compatible so I can buy your plugin? Thanks so much.
2) I want to set up various post codes throughout Australia only so the delivery cost is relative by the kilo weight and location in Australia only – is this possible with your plugin?
Thanks so much
1 – We haven’t tested this theme with WooShip, but we also haven’t heard about any compatibility issues.
2 – Sure, that’s possible to setup.
