Hello team, for postal code range for validation, is there is a limit on the length of postal code (ie; 5 digits only)? will 411000-411999 work?
No, there shouldn’t be any limit, as far as I know. Such range should also work correctly. Let us know if you need any help in setting this up.
Hello team, last sunday i updated the plugin to the latest ver. We noticed that today the additional of Shippo rules for product attribute goes in loop. Any need to upgrade woocommerce to latest version? Or anything else causing the issue? I use VPS server and so no resources issue. thks,p

Hi, is your plugin comp with Wpml ?
Unfortunately it wasn’t fully tested yet, so we don’t have information on the compatibility yet. But it’s a planned feature, so the plugin will be fully compatible with WPML, sooner or later.
Thanks for quick replay )
You’re welcome, let us know if we can help you with anything else
When I add a shipping method it create dozens of blank ones in addition to the one I created…. and then inside them it creates dozen of “subtotal” rules.
Hi, I have a presale question.
I´d like to know if it is possible to add an extra charge for every extra Kg of weight. I see I can charge for each KG, but I only want to charge for extra Kgs after or between certain amount, not for all the kgs in the cart.
- After 100kg and under 200Kg fee is 10€ + 0,20 per Kg.
- Between 200 and 300Kg fee is 20€ + 0,10 per Kg
Thanks for reaching out!
This is partially possible – you can set weight as a condition, so only after certain weight amount the charge for weight unit will be applied, but unfortunately once condition is matched the fee will be applied for the whole weight (not the part over certain amount).
Why Wooship – adding of condition in Shipping method simply hangs?
Please submit a support ticket to us, so we could check this directly on your setup (please include the temporary login credentials and exact steps to re-create the issue).
Hi! I’m looking a plugin to be able to charge shipping depending on the products amount and using the same shipping method, for example using the “standar domestic” shipping method I want to charge $4.95 from 1 to 4 articles. $6.95 from 5 to 10 articles, etc….
I figured it out about the quantity shipping charges, now have another question… when the shipping address (country) condition is selected, the system automatically detect with geolocalitation from where the user is buying or it works with the shipping address?
Thank you for reaching out! Yes, the plugin detects the country from the shipping address.
Just purchased your plugin and trying to setup quantity based shipping but need some help.
The store sells similar products and want to price the shipping like the following
UK standard shipping:
1 item = £3.99
2 items = £4.99
3 items = £5.99
4 items = £6.99
5-10 items = £7.99
10+ items = £9.99
UK next day shipping:
1 item = £6.99
2 items = £7.99
3 items = £8.99
4 items = £9.99
5-10 items = £12.99
10+ items = £14.99
1 item = £9.99
2 items = £10.99
3 items = £11.99
4 items = £12.99
5-10 items = £14.99
10+ items = £16.99
Can you give me the steps and the rules/conditions i need?
Thank you for the detailed explanation.
You will need to setup multiple shipping methods, with conditions for each quantity range you have and for each shippin zone (UK, International).
If you need any help in setting this up on your setup, feel free to submit a support ticket to us.
Thanks but i need an example if possible so have sent a support ticket to get full details and clarification.
Ok, thank you for submitting a ticket. Let’s continue discussing it there.
Presale question -
I have the following theme : https://themeforest.net/item/glory-multipurpose-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/10853615
Will your plugin work with it? It uses Woocommerce as well. Just have a quick look at it and let me know.
We don’t have information about the compatibility with this theme, but there shouldn’t be any issues if it fully supports WooCommerce.
we need post code based order restriction and we would like to put postcode on back end wildcard mask or range. So you think you plugin will help on this . please confirm then we will purchase it. thanks
Sure, this is supported feature – you can easily set postcodes in ranges and with wildcards.
Hi, We purchased your plugin and setup but it does not work. We also sent support ticket but no reply from you support team. We are not getting the plugin get works. Can you please help us to figure out it? thanks
Actually I see that you posted support ticket on March 1, and the same day you received the detailed answer. If it didn’t helped or you have more questions, please feel free to update that ticket.

Sorry for the delay, I’ll make sure that your request will be updated soon.
Hi I just purchased the WooShip plugin to conditionally show/hide shipping method, but in the shipping Methods, it says ‘No shipping methods configured’ though multiple shipping methods are already configured.
Could it be that you added some conditions that wasn’t matched in this case?
Feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.
I have 3 questions.
1. Total weight of cart
2. Add box weight (fixed weight addition) possible
3. Compatible with WordPress 4.7.3
please answer about my question.
1 – Yes, there is such condition.
2 – No, I’m afraid it’s not supported, but it is possible to enable weight rounding.
3 – Yes, we test all new WooCommerce and WordPress versions.
I am a reseller presently and buy from a wholesaler / dropshipper. The wholesaler offers 4 different shippers UPS, FedEx, DHL & Airmail with preset shipping costs per product. On each product can I put each shippers cost and allow my customer to choose which shipper to deliver their order. No shipping by weight or cost or zones to calculate.
Does your plug-in allows this? or are you aware of another shipping plug-in that does what i am looking for?
Sure, it can be configured easily with our plugin.
Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce 3.0?
Unfortunately our plugin is not yet compatible with WooCommerce 3.0. Sorry for inconvenience – we’ll release the fix for this soon.
Any update on when WooCommerce 3.0 compatibility will be released?
It’s currently in work and will be released as soon as possible.
I have a presale question. I have 2 shipping options:
1. one is paid shipping and is the same price for every product in the store
2. there is free shipping for over a sum
My problem is that when the clients selects products that allows him free shipping, he still has to choose and select the free shipping from the two options available to him on the checkout page.
I would like to know if there is a way only show the free shipping directly selected and no other option when they get past a certain amount. (that is because many of them still select the paid option)
Thank you !
If you know another way to achieve this kindly let me know.
In WooShip settings just select in “If multiple methods match” – “Select the cheapest”.
In that case free shipping will be chosen when applicable.
My client wants the following shipping set-up:
-$3.99 first item
-$1.00 each additional item
-FREE shipping for cart subtotal over $75.00
Can this be accomplished with your plugin?
Yes, that should be possible to set up – feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help with this.
Hi Just a pre-sales question have seen in your comments but I´m not sure if it is the same. I just need a plugin that multiplies the shipping costs x quantity of items. That is, if sending a bottle in a given area costs 3 euros, sending 2 bottles will cost 6 euros, 3 bottles 9 euros, and so on. All of them to be delivered in the same address.
Does this your plugin? Best regards, Alberto
Yes, there is such functionality out of the box – you can set fixed price, price per item or per weight.
Thanks Kirill. This is done product by product, or at the shipping tab of the Woocommerce plugin? Thanks again, Alberto
Yes, this is all done on the shipping tab of WooCommerce settings.
