Even if you pay for extended support, this plugin charges you extra on their own platform to get any priority support. Also the "go to support" button on the Code Canyon page goes to a blank screen.

My reason for needing support?... My WPengine host has alerted me to the fact that this plugin has made my site SUPER slow. On deactivating it, my site is lightening fast.

Clashes with other plugins, several settings don't work, and when I've reached out to support for help fixing issues they claim are features in the plugin, their response is "sorry, we can't help you"

Had an issue and the team was lightning-fast in resolving the bug.

Plugin looks Good. Has an issue with Reduced Tax rate. Already sent it to customer support five days ago and had no response. Filled a support ticket and got nothing. Still waiting.

The plugin does not work and the support is null. In more than a week after buying it, they did not bother to give me a solution.

I purchased this plug in only to find out that the key features listed simply do not exist or do not work. I contacted author for support they said download the new version all problems fixed. The same issues still exist and they will not offer help and charge for support on their website. The author quit responding after saying that i only have wholesale prices enbled for admin and wholesale_customer. i said i know this and did you notice that admin cannot see wholesale prices and all items dissapear when using the hide function not just the ones without a wholesale price. They have since stopped responding to support emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN IT DOES NOT WORK EVEN ON A FRESH INSTALL OF WORDPRESS

I left a comment asking if a feature I wanted was included and they answered me yes. I then bought the plugin but it didn't have what I wanted. I reached them through their support but got no answer. It was the first time I bought from envato and my experience was terrible.
