Receiving this error now when trying to activate the plugin:

Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-wave-connector-master/vendor/WordPress-Settings-Framework-master/wp-settings-framework.php on line 477

it’s worked really great up to this point.

The plugin installed, got connected no problem, but every time I tried to do anything using WooCommerce it was giving me a critical error in my site! I opened a ticket, it’s been now 5 days and no reply at all… It looked promising but there is no Support! I want a complete refund please.

I love the plug-in features, I do not want to repost about a known issue with the callback address, I’ve ran into the same issue when the wave api comes back to the clients wp admin, plug-in tab page and throws a critical wp error and doesn’t load wp modules, I feel as this is the same issue that every other developer is experiencing with the plugin?

Hi, we’re having an issue connecting with the API. Went through all the steps but still saying “API not connected”.

Also, The API issue has not been created by our plugin it’s an issue of Wave oAuth. We have already shared the all information regarding the issue with the Wave team. I am having the same issue with 2.2.2. I receive this error message: WooCommerce Wave Connector: Product import/export won’t work unless you select the Income account reference

However there is no setting in the plugin that has anything to do with “Income account reference”. Please advise.

We are fixed the PHP error issue in our plugin on the latest release. But OAuth issue is not fixed from the Wave side. We have already shared the all information regarding the issue with the Wave team. You can also directly contact Wave team member Paul regarding the oAuth issue. Some user from other apps sent their own IP to add to the whitelist. Wave team member Paul Email Id: pclark@waveapps.com

Thanks for the update. I’ve sent my details in, so hopefully the whitelist workaround can restore service.

I installed the update (2.2.2) and it is no longer crashing my website but it is still not able to connect to Wave. I submitted a ticket with the error from the log.

I have been watching the support thread at Wave and I see they are working on this… but before I go ahead and purchase to try out, I want to know that the plugin author has fixed the issue of sites crashing if there are connectivity issues.

This should not happen – but other than that, I am ready to try this plugin. Thanks!

Still no reply from the developer on this, which should be seen as a critical issue. I see the last update to the plugin remains at April 2021. I would hope this issue of not gracefully exiting if there are connectivity issues would be resolved.

Hi – A friend has just reached out to me who uses your plugin – and her site has crashed. I can see that you’re saying that the problem is with Wave or Cloudflare, but your plugin shouldn’t cause a site to crashed because of that. You should be handling the error in a more graceful way – site’s shouldn’t crash completely because of issues like that. Please urgently update the plugin to handle errors better.
