Hi! Pre-sale questions. Does the plugin allow purchase of an extended warranty alone without actually purchasing a product on woocommerce?

For example if product was purchased offline (in a shop) and customers want to purchase extended warranty for that product, how is this possible?

I will need a custom form that allows the customer to filter and select the product they have purchased.

Also is the plugin able to generate a unique warranty card/code or receipt that will be emailed to the customer?

User can raise warranty after the order is completed.So without. For in shop warranty purchase you need raise order from front end by login as admin and this way you can have that possible.

Woocommerce also provide my account page Where you can see all purchase product list.

We do geneate warranty ID but that is done automatically and you can not define the ID yourself. System also send email when warranty status changes.

Then in add new product have dropdown box to choose accpted return/No return accepted

Then also have dropdown box to choose what period we created to choose like 7days or 14days or 30days or 45days

Is it will auto count down date of return/refund? What is the word after this time end ?

Hello pre-sale question can i know does this system works for multi vendor and does this system automatically work with our shipping company as when customer returns the product only our shipping company will return the item from customer to vendor he cant choose its own shipping so it is possible? thanks

About admin setting period warranty time, can you update to make it work by catalog?
Example:
service order catalog, i want set only 1 days, which mean they can cancel order within 24 hours, if no , they have to pay for order service. not allow change.
for normal product catalog , i will set 7 days.
some specical catalog, i want set 14 days.
I don’t want handy to set days, i want auto, but set due to catalog, not whole of website like the plugin current working now.

Its possible to set the system this way. You may have to categorize product like this or through custom fields. It can be done with code customization.

For each $curr_item. But we don’t get this on our development server which is synced with the production database.
