You haven’t associated any VPF Terms to this product. That’s the reason you don’t see any custom tab for it on the frontend. As soon as you associate atleast one VPF Term to this product, you will see the custom tab in action.

Are you talking about the sidebar filter which shows a list of the categories? And do you want to filter out this list to show only those categories which have atleast one matching product for user performed VPF search?

This plugin doesn’t work with the variations independently. You can associate the terms to the complete product irrelevant of the variations.

You are using a very old version of this plugin. In this case, updating it directly on live can create conflicts. I would suggest you to do it on the staging/clone server first and once everything works fine, only then do the same on the live one.

Also, please take a backup of your website files and database once before you perform any update on the live server just for being in the safe side if anything breakes.

Either you update it directly or first to lower version before upgrading to the latest one, the result is going to remain same.

If I have long list of items which is ready as per the sample below and the product has all the information and all MMY for more than vehicles in the same row can we upload them using the CSV? However I am using WP ALL impor which supports custom plugin like yours. Sample my CSV: number, Part name , make , model,year,.etc

1. Yes, you can have more than one product SKUs within the same cell in order to associate the single row based MMY to more than one products.

2. As this plugin comes with a custom taxonomy for MMY, you can use it along with WP All Import/Export plugins as as well. I haven’t done it myself but many of my clients are using it along with WP All Import/Export plugins successfully.

I would suggest you to ready a CSV file yourself with only those brands for whom you have products/accessories available instead of finding a CSV file with all the brands including non-required once too. However, I don’t know any third party source from where you can sell its database.

This plugin allows you to have your custom set of options instead being restricted to Make/Model/Year/Engine. And yes, both the plugins are translatable to Spanish language too.
