Great, instant and quality support
I highly recommend this plugin to all woocommerce shop for the following reason :
1. Support is the best support i ever had in all plugin i purchase in evanto with a very fast turnaround time.
2. The plugin is been done with a quality code with out any conflict from other plugin compare to the previous reporting plugin we use.
3. In terms of customization, we request a certain add-on which they implemented and hopefully they will continue to add more enhancement on there upcoming update.

the reports dont work and the pdf reports dont export, when i enquired to repair the issue they quoted me $100 per hour to fix their issue, abismal.

Thank you for your ratings, it very easy of everyone to give lower rating just because things dont work for you and without knowing the root cause, Our PDF Export is working with all of our clients, on our demo site as well, we did had email exchange about this, we also reviewed your backend and we realized there is some conflict with other plugin affecting PDF export and hence to resolve this we quoted you Total $100 for around 4-6hrs of task and not $100 per hour as you are mentioning
One cant devise a plugin which will work in each and every environment, duirng support we have already spent around 2-3hrs in analysis and we were also prompt in all replies
We have to charge if there is some environmental issues, and we need to make customization for this on cases to case basis

Outstanding Report, no comparison with the other one here on Envato. With 40$ you have all included, no bugs and super in everything. You must buy this plugin.
