Hi there,

No, I’m afraid these are not compatible.

Hello,

This plugin seems very promising. Other than PayPal multicurrency payment compatibility, does it work the same with Stripe? and bank transfer?

We are using the Atelier theme and would like to have the currency switcher UI at the header bar; is that doable?

Theme link: https://themeforest.net/item/atelier-creative-multipurpose-ecommerce-theme/11118909

Hi there,

Thanks for the comment!

The plugin is independent from the payments methods, so it should always work. The only known exception is PayPal Express Checkout plugin, which not only serves as a payment gateway, but also changes the checkout flow, which makes it incompatible with my plugin.

Whether you can do it is up to your theme. You can ask theme’s creators whether it is possible to add widgets or shortcodes in the bar where you want the switcher to be at. If so, you’ll be able to easily place the currency switcher there.

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

Unfortunately, these are not compatible. I provide support for compatibilities listed in the plugin description. The plugin you are using does not support my plugin.

If this makes one of the plugins unusable for you, please keep in mind you can return the plugin (one or the other).

Hi I have not received any email from you for my issue. Can you please send your reply to consultant@futureye.ae

Hi, I would like to be able to increase percentage (%) all prices in a specific currency, is it possible? But you could tell me where the prices are stored to do it with SQL

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

Hmm, I’m not sure what exactly you are trying to do… You can add your own markup on the price using WordPress filter, take a look http://dev49.net/res/woocommerce-ultimate-multi-currency-suite/documentation/advanced_operations/index.html#wcumcs_currency_code_exchange_rate_update_value

Each time currency is auto-updated, you can tweak its value (every 24 hours) to add your own markup on the exchange rate.

If you just want to run a raw SQL to manipulate the prices, you can get them for each product in postmeta table. The keys are _wcumcs_regular_price_{currency_code} and _wcumcs_sale_price_{currency_code}. Replace {currency_code} with uppercase ISO currency code, such as EUR or USD.

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

I’m aware of the issue, it happens on some WooCommerce configurations. New version will be released within 3 days. You can write to me directly using contact form in my user profile (https://codecanyon.net/user/dev49net) and I will send you a pre-release version fixing this issue.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks i can wait 3 days np.

Hi there,

I have just purchased and installed this plugin after having diffculty using a different currency converter.

However once this is enabled and prices are put in the different boxes and I enable the plugin, when viewed in a different country courses are no longer showing. In fact the sidebar on my site disappears too. Do you know why this might be?

I want to set it up so that the currency is geotagged rather than the customers choosing their own version.

Hi there,

I just replied to your email, let’s move our conversation there :)

Hi, Before I buy the plugin, I have some questions and not that much time to look for them in the 413 comments that you have. So, the thing is, I have a store set in Brazil, but I deal with products indexed bay US dollars (tickets), but I sell them in my native currency (BRL). So the questions are: 1- Can I add every product and variation in USD and only show in BRL in the front end? 2- Will the payment gateway way be able to get the prices in BRL? I know these are simple questions, but I tested other plugins and each one had an issue like that… Also, can I set the frontend only to show BRL always? I will not let the users choose the currency. It will be BRL always due the payment gateway only accepts that currency. Hope to hear from you. Regards

Hi there,

Thanks for the comment!

Sure, you can set up USD as your base currency in WooCommerce and BRL as startup currency. It means that all prices will be stored in USD and they will be converted to BRL for users. Users will never actually see the USD price, only the BRL price. This will work for user as if your site was running in BRL – it means that payment gateways will get BRL prices. Of course you cannot force ohter payment gateways to accept BRL – if some payment gateway does not accept BRL, user will not be able to pay in BRL.

Hallo,

I’m having an issue with our invoices plugin and your plugin. Our currency is EUR. But suddenly the invoice are all in USD and converted to USD amounts. No settings changes (as far s I know). If I deactivate your plugin, it all works as normal.

This is our invoce plugin: https://wpovernight.com/downloads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips-professional/

Any ideas?

Regards, Oliver

Already found the issue. I was logged in and in our shop set the currency to USD. Then the invoices in the backend are also in USD. If the frontend is set to EUR, invoices are in EUR again! We only use currency as a reference. Payment is always in EUR. So the invoices should ALWAYS be in EUR with our settings. I think it’s a good idea to update this in your plugin!

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

This should be included in the latest release. Please update the plugin :)

Please let me know if it helped.

Kind regards,
Daniel Wroblewski

Is this compatible with WooCommerce Extra Product Options now?

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase.

No, these two are not compatible and probably will not be due to architectural differences :(

Hi there, I have a pre-sale question if you don’t mind as it poses a critical issue if present:

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/invoice-currency-not-accurate-with-order-currency/

Can you confirm this has been resolved yet? Thanks!

Hi there,

I cannot make everyone satisfied, I am sorry :( Please keep in mind that if for any reason you feel unhappy with what plugin offers you, you can always apply for a refund, there will not be any problems with that.

Please don’t get me wrong, I completely understand that you can’t satisfy every single customisation but this is barely an exotic request. I believe something that’s marketet as being ‘ultimate’ should at least include the most basic and important features and it seems to me like a missed opportunity to make this a truly ultimate solution. I mean there’s a free plugin out there in the WP rep (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-product-price-based-on-countries) that can enforce the checkout currency for certain countries and I wonder why you wouldn’t want your plugin to succeed, or at least meet the functionality ot its free alternatives? I know I can custom code this but I chose a premium plugin because I didn’t want to..

Hi there,

But I never marketed my plugin as having this feature… :( Please don’t get me wrong, I just don’t feel this feature belongs there. I carefully choose all features that are deployed in the plugin to make sure I will be able to maintain it and debug any issues related to it. That’s why you may not see some features there that you would see in other plugins. There are plugins out there that pack everything into one box, but the problem with them is that they usually don’t work the way you would expect them to :(

Hello I am still in the support period but the latest update keeps failing when i try and update it from the plugins section of my site, never had an issue with previous updates.

Hi there,

Hmm, I’ve never head of this issue before… Maybe you tried updating it right after the release? Server could be overused at that time. Does the issue still occur?

Kind regards,
Daniel Wroblewski

P.S. You will always receive your updates even after support period. Support period only states that I am here to answer your questions, but the updates will be there for you as long as your license is valid :)

i am looking forward to buy this plugin , i have a small doubt . can we customise the payment options according to the currency ?

Hi there,

Yes, each currency can have its own set of payments gateways active.

Kind regards,
Daniel Wroblewski

Love your plugin – it works really well.

Our international customers have complained that the Order Confirmation emails and their PDF invoices are generated in the store’s base currency.

Is there any WordPress action or filter we can apply to ensure that they get these in their chosen currency?

Hello, I have a problem with the purchase receipt that shows woocommerce to users to complete the purchase, incorrectly displays the currency symbol (USD $) but the amount in the correct currency (VEF Bs.) E-mails work correctly . How do I solve it?

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

I am sorry you are experiencing problems. It must be some plugin or theme incompatibility or just something to do with your current config. In order to find out what’s going on, I would need to take a look at your admin panel. Could you set me up an admin account? I will take a look at your plugins and configuration. Please send me login details using contact form in my profile page – https://codecanyon.net/user/dev49net
Please do not post them here – comments are public.

Hi, I’ve got your plugin installed. (WooCommerce Ultimate Multi Currency Suite) It looks like I can enter different currency prices manually in the products, so that’s great. The issue is that we have thousands of products whose prices change daily. We are using WP All Import – WooCommerce Add-On to import product data every day, but I do not see the currency fields in the import configuration. Is there an existing solution for this? Please let me know. Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

Well, that’s quite a lot of products… Hmm, the alternative currency prices are just meta fields. The prices are stored in these meta fields:

_wcumcs_regular_price_EUR
_wcumcs_sale_price_EUR

These meta fields are for EUR, as an example. If your import plugin allows you to specify custom meta fields for products, then you should be able to specify these prices as well.

Kind regards,
Daniel Wroblewski

Hello quick question:

I want to achieve the following: 1.Shop is for Mexico, the prices are always displayed in pesos 2.Some products have the price in Pesos (Mexican currency) and displayed in Pesos 3.The others have the price in dollars and it is automatically calculated in pesos with the daily exchange rate and always displayed in Pesos

Is it possible to achieve with your plugin? Thanks Jorge

Hi there,

Thanks for the comment.

I’m afraid these won’t be possible with my plugin, I’m sorry.

hi…how are you..i am asking if i can make the drop-down take the same theme drop down stile or not 2- the plugin conflict with wpml currency wpml currency didn’t support the payment in store base currency is there any way to only activate wpml currency to convert and the plugin for payment on store base currency? http://tourkea.com/wp4/

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase.

This would require custom styling and coding, which is beyond the support of this plugin (which has expired for you by the way :)). Please try using services of somebody who is good with CSS and JS to help you style the dropdown the way you want. You can start looking here – https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=css

Hi,

Presales question – I hope you don’t mind… you mention this can be used with “any” gateway.

We are currently using the NAB gateway from WooCommerce (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/nab-transact) – they state that payment must be in AUD.

NAB however offers a multi-currency account, so we want to be able to use this and charge products in AUD, USD and GBP.

I have looked at the code for the NAB Woocommerce gateway, and it seems to set the currency with this line: <input type="hidden" name="EPS_CURRENCY" value="<?php echo get_woocommerce_currency(); ?>" />

Does this plugin override the get_woocommerce_currency() hook with the currency chosen by the customer?

We just want to ensure we’ll be able to use the NAB gateway with your plugin.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for the comment.

Yes, if you use alternative currencies for payment in my plugin, get_woocommerce_currency() is overridden.

Daniel Wroblewski

Hey guys – I’m trying to get my WooCommerce Ultimate Multi Currency Suite set-up – however outside of the UK, the only currency that shows on the website is CAD no matter where i choose, even with USD and EUR enabled and assigned to the relevant countries. Can you help me fix this? Thanks

Hi there,

Thanks for the purchase!

Does the currency switching work? If you add the currency switcher to the site and change the currency using the switcher, is the currency switched correctly?

Daniel Wroblewski
