Plugin has a lot of features that just don't work. Code quality is questionable. Filled with bugs and issues
We've gone back and forth with developer, they hardly read / understand the emails we provide with detailed information and analysis. Most small issues take several emails back and forth to be resolved.
I do not recommend this plugin to anyone.
Examples of issues we've experienced:
- Rate calculation was completely wrong, it was multiplying the item qty twice. I had to point this issue out in the code for them. The file they sent back an update and they just commented out the line of code I showed them - Thanks?
- Does not request negotiated rates at all, it's completely missing from the request to UPS, we have all the info entered.
- 2nd package being requested for a single item, foreach / while loop issue they had in their code.
I'm sure if you try to use this you'll also have issues. Lots of options I'm sure most of them just don't work.
There are also issues with wordpress shortcode functions, they always echo / output directly from shortcode function instead of returning. This causes theme issues.
Again just save yourself the time and don't bother.

Doesn't get along with other delivery methods (plugin) display, had to deactivate. Maybe works perfectly if alone
one of the cheap and good plugin for UPS shipping, Highly recommended.. support is awesome in case you have any problem to configure the UPS shipping ...

The documentation is just screenshots of all options with the instruction to fill everything out (duh). When I contacted their support, I got exactly those instructions again and again, nothing more. Not helpful at all. A software is only as good as it's usability and documentation.

I bought this for the ability to ship from different warehouse locations. Initially, I had some trouble getting the plugin to work. However, after reaching out to support, they were able to fix the issue, and it works as designed. I appreciated the prompt support; thank you!

I love the features and the price - works perfectly in terms of generating UPS shipping costs and implementing into your WooCommerce site - and the label printing makes sense. Lots of customizations.
I made a silly oversight and messaged them about something not working - they got back to me within an hour, and helped me right away. Great job!

This plugin conflicts with Woocommerce so often that I might as well just purchase the plugin that woocommerce offers. I've had issues with the plugin and support is super slow at responding, so issues stretch out for days.
I've had to rollback the plugin version on multiple occasions to fix bugs. As of late, all bugs have been making it impossible to ship or for customers to purchase items. 2 weeks ago, the plugin wouldn't allow us to print labels for orders that had been placed. Now I'm having an issue where customers add certain items to the cart and they're greeted by a 503 connection error. It's the plugin because disabling it solved the problem, but disabling other plugins didn't seem to cause a conflict.
I'd look for an alternative. I'd give it one star instead of two, but it worked great for months until this point. Latest version is nothing but a headache, and they'll tell you they're unable to replicate the problem instead of offering help.
