We are going to list a battery product but it can only ship via UPS GROUND or WILL CALL, per UPS guidelines. Is it possible to list with these shipping restrictions?

We have had a lot of issues with UPS losing/damaging our high dollar equipment and as such we have started to insure all equipment. We WANT to configure INSURANCE on certain products and charge accordingly automatically via api, possible?
Yes we have one setting as Insurance Option if you enable this then you can configure insurance. This is found in the general tab > insurance option.
Can this plugin account for some products having Free Shipping but also able to exclude states such as Alaska?

OK, in the settings it has where you add api key, however, in UPS’s documentation, they say they no longer give API keys. What should we do? Update : I think we solved it

Under Step 4, click on Request an access key.
Fill out the secondary contact information.
Add your UPS agreement. It’s the customer number that you already have.
Click on Request Access Key.
An e-mail that contains your access information will be sent to you
Can you mark up the shipping? The big thing we need is to be able to mark up the shipping cost from our rates. We do a 1.4x from our shipping cost for online orders.

Hello, this is my second time buying the Plugin: WooCommerce UPS Shipping Pro – Live Rates, Print Label & Tracking – I have the following issues:
- My website has bugs/conflicts with version 2.1.6 of the plugin – it has conflicts with php 8.0 and my website crashed.
- I have activated the plugin on my website using the version of the plugin that I have from another site 2.1.3 and I have managed to activate and configure it on my website, with php 7.4 – If I change the php version or update the plugin, my website failure.
- Right now I am using php version 7.4 and plugin version 2.1.3 and my website is up and running. But my website does not calculate shipping.
I have two shipping classes. 1- Food (must ship overnight) 2- Regular Products (ships ground). I there a way to combine ground and overnight fees if both items are added to the cart at checkout?

I bought two plugins for USPS and USP but it got very complicated and the manual that you have docs does not have many explanations I need to see more detail it has few flaws also I do not see why it does not print the label for shipments as pdf I do not know how that works but no I see no video or tutorial that’s terrible I thought something easier.

Hello, i am interested in your plugin, I see it uses weight to calculate cost. DOes it also check Size (width-height-length) to choose accordingly? I believe UPS will always choose the heighes of volume and weight to calculate cost.

hi, i bought your plugin but i have a problem. my eshop uses grams (not Kg) as weight unit for products so for a 200gr product your plugin thinks that it weights 200Kg. Please inform me if it is possible to fix it soon because we replaced another similar plugin to a live eshop….So it is urgent to be fixed thanks
hi, there is also an other bug. If i add the same product multiple times to cart the plugin send to ups the weight of only one product not the total weight of all products so the calculation of shipping cost is totally wrong…

Could you tell me if the UPS API key is free? I will be drop shipping to customers.
You can open a account for free but they charge you card based on shipping. You should be able to get more information about this from UPS support..

There is no explanation about the UPS API which one to use etc. Can you please elaborate on that? Hello, I use ups for shipping and for the African market, they do not offer live rates feed. Does your plugins allow for the rates be pulled from csv sheet for destinations + weighted rates? And using that information to send shipping information to ups’s database and get a tracking # for customers?
Our plugin calculate rates based on destination and weight. That info can be sent to UPS to get tracking number.
Hello. I would like to know if it is possible with this plugin to set a minimum shipping charge when UPS is cheaper? For example, if the shipping value is $8.50, can i show a minimum of $12.99 ? Would it be possible to do this with this plugin?
