i would put 10 stars if i could.
very flexible, the shortcode allows you to place it wherever you want. the customer can know at a glance how much will be the shipping costs
most importantly amazing customer service, i'm truly impressed, solve my problems in a heartbeat
The plugin is fine and calculates the shipping price.
But there is one major flaw:
It calculates the shipping price based on the product of the product page you are on PLUS the products that are in your cart.
@Author: Please add this to the description! It is so confusing if you don't know that.
There is also a fix for this. In the calculate_shipping method you can first backup and empty the cart items, calculate the shipping costs of the one product and after that add the items back to the cart.
I think this is way more intuitive for the end user.

Fantastic support. My site has a few extra unusual plugins and I couldnt get this plugin to work. After contacting support, within a very short time period, the plugin works perfectly. I cant thank you enough for making it work!!!!

It does not display tax rates. In Woocommerce you have to enter shipping rates exclusive of tax and then on the checkout and cart pages woocommerce adds the tax. This plugin never adds tax, and when you ask the developer for help he says its working and the tax rates are set wrong, or shipping rates are set wrong. Well, Automatic confirmed the settings and rates have been set correctly, so the only thing left to assume is the plugin does not display tax rates, and because of that it is not working.correctly.
If you live in a country where you have to charge tax for shipping and display the rates inclusive of tax, this plugin will not do it for you. If it ever does I might revise my review, depending on the author. So far I'm not impressed.

Excellent plugin doing exactly what I had hoped it would do.
I also received great support from the devs when I had some problems during a more complex set up I was trying to run. I would highly recommend this well built plugin!
I asked very clearly BEFORE I bought this if it could do one thing. Yes, they said, a few lines of code they said. It is no problem they said. (Documented in the comments if you're interested)
Well, initially they were helpful, making lots of changes to "my" version of the plugin (mine was different - not good when it's updated). I found this very odd. What I was asking seemed like it would be useful to everyone. I only have 1 shipping method, so I didn't want the Shipping Method dropdown appearing with only one option, it looked very unprofessional not to say confusing and could have put people off buying.
But they never got it to work, and each time I contacted them I had to recount my issue over again, they never read their notes or our previous conversation. Even then I had to over explain everything, like talking to a child.
Then they would promise again to fix it, but they never did.
By the end it was unusable, actually worse than the default version I started with, becaue a customer could not progress past it to make a purchase. Obviously I deleted it at this stage.
6 months have passed now, so my support has expired, so they just ignore me.
Save your time (and money) and go elsewhere.
