When a product is added and when it is reserved is the stock reduced? Does it work for simple and variable products as well? How does the refund policy also work? Thanks

Thanks for contacting us, In our plugin if a product is reserved for a while in someone’s cart, the stock does not decrease on the backend. However, we regulate it through restricting add to cart, so the other customers can’t buy it until the prior user’s reserve period finish.

Sorry this is not possible in our plugin, you can only reserve in the current WooCommerce website.
Hello, can be a custom “Hold” time for each kind of User Role? So for example if User Role is A then can Reserve for 20 minutes, if User Role is B can Reserve for 24 hours and so on?

Our extension reserves the stock but not quantity. You would need to add custom code to stop prices from updating on the cart and checkout page when the prices are changed from the backend.
