Hi,

my client purchased the plugin and asked me to get a support. we can provide our purchase code in the email.

we would just like to know if our current set up is correct. once the customer go to checkout, enters his email, but didnt proceed to payment and close his browser. we want the email to send after 1 hour, also the email should be sent only once.

our setup, abandon cart time or the cart becomes abandoned after 59 minutes. then in the email template, the send mail duration is 1 minute. in mail cron settings it is 3 days. the abandoned cart will expire in 2 days.

since the mail cron settings is 3 days, this means that the email will send every 3 days, and this will not work because the cart will expire in 2 days. so is this the correct setup if we want the mail to send only once? and also can you confirm if its correct that the mail will send 1 hour or exactly when the cart becomes abandoned?

Hi there! Does your plugin support multi-currency? We use WPML’s Woocommerce Multilingual which has multi-currency option and our current Abandoned Cart Lite plugin shows correct digits but incorrect currency in its emails.

The plugin suddenly stopped working and sending emails. Costomer service was not able to know why ( they didn’t where too far to investigate the reason) they suggest me to ask a refund, and It’s what I did.

Templates started out good and then after a few saves, it stopped saving them. I deleted templates and tried again and now can’t make a new template either.

Hello! I love your plugin but my customers receive the cart recovery e-mail even if they completed their order immediately. E-mail should arrive if order hasn’t been completed for two hours, based on my settings… I think something isn’t working, don’t know why. And it is working like this from the beginning, when I bought the plugin… can you advice please?
