Can this be set to send follow up emails? Like first email is sent 2 hours after cart was abandoned, second email 3 days later and so on…
Yes, you can set up any number of emails using the email templates in the email settings tab.
will this capture guest emails before other data is inputed?
let say guest starts inputing data and it comes to email, puts in email and then gets distracted and fly off… will email be captured?
It will capture as soon as the guest enters the email id.
one more question… can licence be transfered/moved to different site?
Im running test site at moment and later i wanna enable it all on real site

Bought this plugin, it looks promising. But it is difficult to set up in my opinion, it would be great if you could offer video tutorials and examples on your website.

I’d like to ask for a refund, since it does not work properly. You said that the “Recover Abandoned Cart plugin will capture Guest carts only when standard WooCommerce checkout form is used.” However this was not mentioned on the sales page.
Please note you are using another third party Plugin in your site which is causing the issue and there is no issue in our Plugin as such. Since you asked for a refund we have approved the refund.

We would like to use this plugin as a way to create “hold” carts for users. This way users can add products to cart and hold products for several days until they return to purchase. When products are added to cart does inventory reduce? How could we place a timer countdown on all products in “hold” (abandoned) carts that would expire after set number of days/hours? Are you available for custom development for this feature? We have funding for this asap.

we updated to version 16.1 just now and would like to know if this will resolve the issue.
and also we downloaded the latest files and version 16.1 but in the change log it says 16.2.

I have been using it; sending one email with a coupon and now I want to send two emails with two different coupons.
I can’t find a way to set up more than one coupon in mail. I want to double my discount and lower the time it is valid for (compared to the one in my first email).
I read the documentation and couldn’t find anything. Any help?

We’ve been experiencing issues with the plugin lately. What happens is the customer is getting the cart reminder email even after they’ve completed the checkout.
The cart is also going on the abandoned cart list as soon as the checkout is completed, it’s never actually abandoned. Something seems to be off with the plugin. Kindly advise as to why this issue is happening so we can fix. Thanks..

hey, it seems like it can only capture email when it is /checkout/ page, it is the only place to insert customer email. My question is, how to we capture their email first during /cart/ page or before the checkout.
The main purpose of me using this plugin is to get customer email during /cart/ or /checkout/ page first in case they abandoned cart. Then send the email with coupon to recover.
