and have gone in and tried fixed this by setting the value to true inside the config.php file and deactivating/ reactivating the plugin. However, the error message remains and the plug-in still is not sending emails. any suggestions on how to fix this?

I love the reporting of this BUT will I be able to edit the cart that was abandoned before sending it out to be recovered? I might want to manually change prices or remove shipping costs in order to convert the sale.

Hi, I am using version 17 and have identified two bugs. 1) Any character such as – or : used in the subject heading of the email results in the title being cut off before that character is used. 2) when an apostrophe is used in the copy, it is interpreted as a / (don/t instead or don’t). Is there a newer version that had fixed these bugs? Thanks

I’m looking to purchase your product but have a question. I would rather have our email program Active Campaign send the emails. All we need is to have a plugin capable of catching the email address during checkout even when the client didn’t click “submit” and then send the information to active campaign, along with what was in the shopping cart. This plugin can send emails only through SMTP Server when a third party email service is used. For Guests, the cart will be captured after the user enters their email id on the checkout page.
I am wondering if the plugin is compatible with a Multi-Currency plugin like WooCommerce Currency Switcher.
The reason I ask is because, until now it has been confusing my customers. Where for example instead of sending them it in their local currency, its sends the email to them in USD which turns out in crazy USD amounts scaring the customers haha.

The Plugin allows you to send HTML emails. To send HTML Abandoned cart emails go to Recover Abandoned Cart -> Email Templates -> New Email Template -> Email Template Type -> select HTML Template -> Customize as per your convenience -> Save Email Template.
