Just discovered that this plugin’s search function on abandoned carts runs a double wildcard LIKE clause on every single record in the postmeta table…Then it joins on usermeta twice So, it’s going to generate every possible permutation of postmeta with usermeta two times and then have to scan that whole recordset for what was searched for!.....any Woocommerce site with a decent number of products is going to crash with that crazy query going on.
Has this been addressed in a recent update by chance? If not, I’ll have to remove this plugin and try another solution. Performance wise, this plugin needs some big improvements. Queries on every single page load in the admin too.

Sorry, my support license has expired so I can’t create a ticket. Just hope you can get this fixed/improved for others. A simple email address search in Abandoned Carts on a client site took the server down (A significantly sized Amazon vps) and we couldn’t figure out why for a while. With about 3,500 products, and 1,500 abandoned carts saved, the query was probably trying to do a couple million queries.

how do we prevent the plugin from capturing the new carts by the same user? I’ve set the option “When Multiple Cart Entries are about to be Captured for the Same Email ID then” to “Dont capture any new cart”, but the plugin keeps capturing new carts by the same user (same email) and then sending the same abandoned cart email.

Hi bro, i have a pre sale question,
It is a good idea to send a coupon in every abandon cart per user? For example the user get already a coupon for first abandon cart in email, then after a days they do it again to get a new coupon from abando cart email.
Or just send a coupon once only for first abandon cart, then if the user do the abandon cart again days later. it will not send coupon, its because they get already the coupon in first card abandon.

For Guest User, the cart will be captured once they enter their valid email id at pop-up[while adding the product to cart]/checkout form.

As @brianjoseph said, there is a problem with selects in wp_postmeta. I had to to deactivate the plugin beacause it breaks/slow my entire e-commerce. And only after restart MySQL I could deactivate the plugin. I don’t know if it becomes better if I change the configuration settings, but for now the plugin is inactive.
