Hi,

my client purchased the plugin and asked me to get a support. we can provide our purchase code in the email.

we would just like to know if our current set up is correct. once the customer go to checkout, enters his email, but didnt proceed to payment and close his browser. we want the email to send after 1 hour, also the email should be sent only once.

our setup, abandon cart time or the cart becomes abandoned after 59 minutes. then in the email template, the send mail duration is 1 minute. in mail cron settings it is 3 days. the abandoned cart will expire in 2 days.

since the mail cron settings is 3 days, this means that the email will send every 3 days, and this will not work because the cart will expire in 2 days. so is this the correct setup if we want the mail to send only once? and also can you confirm if its correct that the mail will send 1 hour or exactly when the cart becomes abandoned?

Can this plugin exclude products from cart recovery? We use some products as upsells and we want to be avaible for a limited time, so i dont want to remind them about the products. can we exclude them? thanks
