Hi, everytime I enable this plugin I receive from 7 to 15 duplicated emails to my admin email asking me to recover my cart. Why is that happening? Are my clients receiving repeated emails too? Even if I delete my own email from the list I keep receiving them. I just had to disabled it and I would have to ask for a refund if I can’t make it work properly.

Just purchased the plugin. I am getting this error. I don’t know what it means or how to fix it: “Cron has not been set for sending Automatic Emails!!! Try Deactivating the plugin and activating it again.”

Hi there,

We’re using your plugin for almost a year now. Since we’re attracting more visitors, we now often encounter the following problem: our customer gets an abandoned cart e-mail several hours after they placed an order (which is exactly the same of very similar to the cart list in the RAC e-mail being sent). Could you perhaps make an option where all RAC e-mails for a certain customer are removed from the queue when they place an order?

Hi,

We already have an option to control this. Please go to “WooCommerce -> Recover Abandoned Cart -> General Settings -> Recover Status Settings” and enable “Change All the New/Abandon Cart Lists of a User when they Place an Order in the Site” option. When enabled, three additional check boxes will be displayed. Enable all the three additional check boxes.

How do I stop sending customers emails after the first email. So the issue is that after every couple of days, the same email goes out to the customers. Where do I edit this setting?

How does this work? Does the user have to log in before adding products to the cart? Imagine this scenario: I am browsing as a guest, that is, I have not yet authenticated or provided my email, phone, etc. I add a product to the cart and advance to the chekout but I do not finalize the purchase nor provide my data. How can you send me an email?...

How do I setup a cron job? I filled the cron job setting on the plugin but there’s no cron running… I have to do anything else?

Atm only manual sending is working.
