I just bought the plugin, but it doesn’t work for me. I just want it to synchronize and import all the products I have in QuickBook to Wordpress.
I installed the plugin today and exported products, customers, and orders. However, orders exported to QuickBooks Online (QBO) incorrectly. I would like to clear or delete all exported items and settings so I can export everything afresh. How do I do that?

Pre-Sales question. Is it possible for an admin to manually push specific orders to Quickbooks? My client is looking for two completion methods, one via Stripe and another via invoice. I’d like an order that has been ticked ‘pay by invoice’ to automatically trigger a new invoice with Quick books, but not sure if it can be filtered down like this?
Failing that, the manual method where an admin could manually push an order that is ‘processing’ would be a solution?
Sure. You can filter which orders need to sync by setting status in rule. If you can create Pay by invoice as status its possible. Else we can customise it at extra cost to achive your usecase.

still no tech support so I have been making my way on my own. I now have it connected in production but it is not automatically synching only when I manually export it does work, but it only exported the item cost, not the tax that was collected with it. I would appreciate some support!!!

I want a feature like where as soon as the order is placed and payment has been completed successfully, the customer shall receive an invoice generated from quickbooks on his email automatically. Is it possbile?
I have checked otherf plugins, they all pass the data to quick books and invoices are kept in draft and it has to be sent to buyers manually. I want to auomate the invoice generation and sending process.
We provided this setting under our plugin known as “Invoice and send”.
Once the order is placed and payment has been completed successfully, the customer will receive an invoice generated from quickbook on his email after the order is exported. Order can export automatically as well as manually based on your requirement.

Works with all QuickBooks online plan..basic plan doesn’t support inventory management so you will have to sync invoice line items as services instead of products
