I’m sorry, but I’m not able to reproduce the issue. Could you try editing the WCPST_Globals.php and replace line 29 with
wp_enqueue_style('wcpst-admin-stared-cost', WCPST_PLUGIN_URL.'/css/wcpst-admin-stared-cost.css');
Make also sure you are running the latest 3.1 plugin version.

Glad to hear that! I’ve released the new 3.2 version that include that fix!
Not sure what version you are on now as this is on a clients site and there’s no option to update, but 1.6 is throwing depreciated warnings for php 8 so we’ve disabled it for now.
Edit – just seen you’re on version 3 so will contact the client to update it. Probably makes this comment void. Apologies.

The plugin works well… I just have a question:
The sale price in my case is always the price that my customers end up paying, so the purchase price remains at 0 as I want the plugin to always calculate with the sale price…my only issue is that I always get this big RED box in the product stats page that says.. the product hast a purchase price … How can this box be removed…. or am I doing something wrong… I have over 2000 products…
Basically as I sale a digital product, I dont have a purchase price… so I simply ant the big red warning box out of the product stats page

for product earnings, please allow the calculation to assume 100% profit and not require a cost price. This is rather simple math.
The product (or at least one of its variants) hasn't a purchase price (in case of variable product, roll over on this box to discover which)
Actually the plugin works in that way. If the cost price is not specified, it is assumed as 0.
However there was an issue that prevented that value to be properly updated.
Please update to the latest 2.9 version that I’ve just released. Is it possible to display only a certain products report on a users dashboard? For example, that user is responsible for the creation of that product and I want to relay how well it is selling automatically – can I set it onto their account and let them view it (and no other products etc)?

Hey there! Just purchased this plugin and ran into a problem right off the bat. Once installed, I navigated to the ‘Stats’ section but I am unable to select a product – there are no products being shown under the ‘Select a Product’ dropdown menu. Any idea about what could be going on?

yes this kind of issue usually is caused by 3rd party plugin javascripts. It happens that some 3rd party javascript libraries are raising errors preventing the WooCommerce Product Stats javascript library to be properly exectuted.
If you send me with a private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) an admin access, I can analyze the page with my tools trying if possible to find the library that is interfering.
In alternative you can also try to disable one by one your 3rd party plugin until you find the one.

Si il plugin ti consente di visualizzare le statistiche anche per singole variazioni (in caso di prodotto variabile).

Per il prodotto due, per ogni grafico puoi selezionare le specifiche variazioni e visualizzare quindi le loro statistiche.
Ti consiglierei di usare il sito demo per effettuare dei test prima dell’acquisto. Configura un prodotto simile a quelli utilizzati da te nel tuo ecommerce, effettua qualche acquisto ed infine controlla che le statistiche visualizzate sono effettivamente quelle che ti inderessano. Di seguito ti riporto i dati di accesso al sito demo:

Per visualizzare le statistiche di una variazione, clicca su Products -> Stats .
Nella pagina che ti si aprira, nella select menu seleziona il prodotto variabile che desideri e clicca su Add. Nelle schede che verranno caricate, seleziona il periodo di tempo che ti serve, nel menu All variations seleziona la varizaione di tuo interesse e quindi clicca su Apply: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/188630/support/wcpst_variation.jpg
Il plugin visualizzera quindi le statistiche per quella specifica variazione.

Sembra che il prodotto Gillet non sia stato creato correttamente (è stato inserito e manipolato da qualche utente). Effettua delle prove con il Product 2, anch’esso è un prodotto variabile.

Per avere maggiori info relative alle variazione, selezionane una e il grafico ti riportera le statistiche relative a quella specifica variazione.

exactly what would you like to disable? By default if the “purchase field” is not filled, the plugin uses the default woocommerce base price.
The Purchase Price “Field” in product edit page & Profit collection if its being done in the reports. Basically everything gets calculated on Raw Regular Price/Sale Price as far as reports go.
No, it cannot be disabled. The plugin automatically uses that field (if filled) to computer stats. If it is not filled, it uses the regular price field. This is the behavior that the plugin has and cannot be modified.

there is no code to achieve that purpose. Furthermore the plugin has not included any customization service.
I have not purchased the plugin yet. But, I will if there is a possibility to “hide” or disable the purchase field. Since the plugin uses raw price when purchase field is kept empty, there is nothing else needed to be done. I would be very happy to use this plugin if this can be achieved.

this error maybe related to the usage of an old version of PHP. The plugin has been designed to work (as Wordpress) with a minimum version of 5.5
Could you check and tell me which version are you running? to do that you have to go to WooCommerce -> System status. In case it is lower that 5.5 you have to update it.
Updating php is usually a very simple operation in any web shared server. Go to the admin panel, search for some kind of advanced configuration
and in that section you can switch the php version to the latest.

I’ve just released an update that adds the “Purchase field” feature.
You can now specify, for any simple and variable (only for wc 2.5) product a “purchase price”. This will be used to compute earnings as sale_price – purchase_price. I hope this could interest you
