I currently have your wallet plugin. Does this integrate with it? So if I offered £10 to the referrer and new customer, what happens if they don’t spend £10? Can it get added to their wallet?
Also how does the referrer use their discount, is it automatically applied to their next order? Or to their wallet?
Also is the referral for the unique product you shared or can it be for the whole basket/website items. So for example if someone shared a watch, the customer purchases a watch and another item. Would the discount be applied to just the watch or the whole order?

Right now, this plugin is work in such a way so if any user share any product and the other user completed his purchase with the shared URL then the user who shared the product will get the discount for the same product.
Yes, for your example, customer will only get the discount in the watch not for whole order.

Thanks for your reply. I’m still a little confused as to how the referrer gets the discount? Or is the discount applied as soon as they have created a shared post on social/email?
Once user shared the product on any social media or email, the link gets shared with user’s referral id so when any other user purchased that product with the URL, that user also gets the discount and once he completed his purchase, the user who shared the product gets an email that he will now get the discount on purchasing the same product. So, when adding that product in cart, he will also get the discount.

Hi, a pre sale question: When will the customer get the discount – once he shares, or only after he shares and the shared url brings a new customer who makes purchase? Thank you.
When customer made the purchase with shared URL then the customer who shared the product will get the discount on that product.
In this case, since no one will be buying once getting the shared link, the sharing customer cannot get the discount immediately and he will be paying in full and get a “credit” later? And if the sharing customer brings 2 buying customers via the sharing, will he get doubled “discount” (something like affiliate)? How does it work? Thank you.

If no one is buying from the shared link then the sharing customer will not get discount and yes paying in full and if later someone purchases from the shared link then sharing customer will get an email notification for it so now if he purchases that product, he will get the discount. For now, discount will not get doubled if sharing customer brings 2 buying customers so no matter how many there will be buying customers but sharing customer will get the same discount.

—> After adding the product with the shared URL, discount will automatically applied in the product in cart.

—> Customers just need to share the product through the product page with option provided there and a new tab with that social site appeared.

Great work, here is some suggestions to make it even better :
- could you add fraud detection system to prevent people from sharing with themselves ? - add an amount of people before getting a discount, or add dynamique discounts basing of number of shares ( 10% for 20 shares , 20% for 50 shares etc..

—This feature is already in the plugin, customers cannot get discounts with their own shared URL.
