Can I assign global faq to products in bulk or only per product? If I want to display all the global FAQ do I need to purchase your other FAQ plugin with rtl support?
You can use one ‘Global FAQ’ in multiple product. Check following video to know more about the use of ‘Global FAQ’.

It’s very simple. You just need to set a value ‘1’ in plugin option panel to set FAQ tab in first position. You can check option panel demo in here-

Hi, I really like the plugin but it is causing some issues in my site, I ask my programmer to find out what is happening to the site not showing post types and after a lot of checking into this he told me that it was creating some conflicts with the woo-commerce and and new WP version, can you please help me, I want to keep using it, thank you

I have an issue with the plugin. It does not show the questions submitted by visitors. I have the FAQ collector addon installed. I do receive the question in email and it does tell me which product it was submitted for and by who. However after I reply and publish the answer, it does not show up live on the site. Even more, it does not show up on product page, so I don’t know where it ends up at.

Hi! I am sorry. I posted a question in a wrong plugin of yours. How about here: I want to export my products to another website (each product has individual faqs). Is there a way to export all of them along with all the prducts?
P.S. – All I cann see is the option of exporting “All GLOBAL faqs” not “All faqs”

Hello again. Thank you for your help. I imported products’ faqs partially. I receive this error: “Warning: Illegal string offset ‘faq_title’ in /.../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-faq-manager2/shortcode/wpfm-shortcodes.php on line 111”. Hmm. Don’t know what to do.
- ‘faq_title’ variable used in Global FAQ section. So, Please make sure you’ve imported Global FAQs too. Hope issue will be solved.

Single product FAQ is not getting deleted.
I tried deleting a FAQ from single product page and updated the product. But, The FAQ still shows in the product page.
