I purchased this plugin because it looked like it suited my needs. I added it to my test sight and realized that it does have a limitation of preorder purchases are to be made separate from regular in stock items in the store.
I didn’t find documentation about this until I came to the reviews. Is there a way to be refunded for the plugin?

Hi, I’m evaluating the purchase of your plugin but I need to have some certainty about some features that are not clear to me and I could not understand through the demo. - it also works with woocommerce Elementor single product layer (https://elementr.com/help/woocommerce-single-product-builder/). I see there is a shortcode you can use and maybe it could work with that but I would like to be sure. I don’t know if you have a free version to try for this..
- if I have 3 customers who pre-order the same product but after 1 week I only have 1 available, how is it managed? It would be useful to intervene on the single order and enter the availability for that only and then send an email to the customer to complete the payment.
- how does completing the payment of a pre-order work? Once the customer buys a product and pays for it in part, how does he pay for the second tranche? And you only pay shipping once, right?
- can you confirm that all emails are also translatable via wpml, therefore in different languages?
- if I enable payment plugins such as paypal and soisy in woocommerce are they compatible with your plugin or only bank transfer and credit card?

Wait a minute though. I have to put on my site a series of products that can only be ordered with pre-orders and anticipating part of the cost. So for example 100 euros before and 400 when I receive the product and can ship it to the customer who ordered.
However, the product on my site will never become available but will always and only be in pre-order.
Is it possible to do this with your plugin? I therefore need to charge the second part of the order but without removing the product from the pre-order. I don’t know if it is possible to act on a single order, giving availability only to that and not to the whole product.
Current workflow is like this that you create a preorder product with 100 EUR as its price and payment method is set to partial and the product cost is 400 EUR so when customers purchases it, they only need to pay 100 EUR then when you change the availability of the preorder product to available with whatever stocks you want, preordered customers will get notified via an email so they can final order the product again by paying remaining 300 EUR then you can deliver them the product and also can charge shipping on this final order.
When product gets available then there is no pre-ordering for that product so when your available stocks will get over then you can again set the product to preorder.

When I try to view the Admin side of your demo, I get the message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I’d really like to try the admin side before making a purchase.
You must have logged in with the customer account, kindly log out from the customer account first or open admin end in incognito mode to check.

In your demo, I don’t see clearly a button for the client in the front end, where they are invited to pay. In pre-order endpoint, there is only View btn. And in the order details, nothing also…
Once the order is completed, button will appear in the view order page. Also customer will get an email with the product url once the preorder product comes in stock.
Ok. I see. It’s not going to work, then. I need a pre-order functionality not related to stock. I have another use of the pre-order : signing 3 contracts before my clients can pay.
With our plugin, you can create preorder products for both in stock and out of stock products so it is not related to the stock and there is a button to change the availability of the preorder product so when you change it to available, customers can normally purchase them. yes but that’s not the way I need it to work. I want people to pre-order all the time this product so it’s creating a 0€ order and then, once they have signed their contract, they will need to pay. Pre-ordering is good for me as I can bound the order with the contracts. So, the product should turn on for 1 specific order allowed to pay now, not for everybody. It seems your plugin is global.

Hi there, does this work with downloadable products? We release pdf documents 3-4 times and year and allow pre-ordering of downloads that will be available in future. Is that possible? So if a customer pre-orders a download, when the download is released into stock they automatically receive an email letting them know that the download is available, is that possible?

Does it have api?

If i had known before that this plugin wont work with page builders i would not have bought it. You should make it more clear in the description that it only works with basic Woocommerce setups
We do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. We can only achieve compatibility with 3rd party plugins through customization.
So you have to be paid extra in order to make the plugin work on page builders… sounds very wrong. My site is a brand new site, all plugins disabled and only the page builder plugin active and your plugin doesnt work unless i pay you extra to customise it to work with Avada theme.
It is working fine with the default theme but we can’t add compatibility to all 3rd party plugins like that so in such case, we can achieve the compatibility with customization only.
Can be used with shortcode ? I mean can we separate pre-order products from other products and add theme to a specific page via shortcode ?

Well, yes plugin is not updated since March but it is completely compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Regarding any custom feature, we can add with customization and if we get multiple requests for the same feature then we’ll implement it in the core.
Hello, can this plugin auto prolongate release date? When I pick release date I don’t know exactly when product comes, because it depends on customs control, shipping etc, so when release date passes and product has not arrived, I have to manually set new date for all products which did not arrive. It is very hard. I would like release date to be prolongated until I change product status from pre-order into in stock when product arrives.
For now, product becomes available on the release date and also can be done manually available before the release date. So, here you want the feature in which product do not becomes automatically available on the release date because it can be passed due to some circumstances so you always want to manually set the product availability here. Good plugin. However, it seems like theres a bit of a downside to it. For variable products, it is bit buggy. Countdown and pre-order button not showing up until you have chosen a size and added to cart. Also, i have to add each variation on each product (which is a pain) to have them as pre-order. Hope author fixes this.

This is not a bug of our plugin. We actually developed our plugin in such a way so admin can add different preorders for different variations. Like WooCommerce provide us to set different price, stocks, etc. for different variations, same provided in our Pre Order plugin.

is it possible to activate partial payment per product or is it on all products? For example, I would like to enable partial payment for a $ 500 product and enable full payment for a $ 20 product.
I also find damage that the countdown does not show on the products before clicking on the product. Visitors should see it without clicking on the product to find out the pre-order date
