I have seen that they have updated the plugin on September 4. I wanted to buy this plugin for some time but due to the amount of complaints about bugs and malfunctions, I hesitated a lot. Now after seeing that they updated it I bought it thinking that the problems have been solved, but no. I am not. There are still the same problems that users have complained about over time.
In my case, I installed and configured everything correctly. And when I try to create (Customer, contact and invoice) It does not work for the invoice, I have checked everything and tried many times, but it does not work.

Hi there, I purchase your item, unfortunatly it doesn’t work. Contacts are not working at all, and for invoice I have this message : invoices ERROR: The Total field must contain a decimal number and users can’t order anymore there is a bug on checkout page now. Can you tell me how to fix that ?

this plugin has good potential but should change the approach how it works now
it should synchronizing customer orders and payments automatically
+ the ability to create forms and link it each form to specific aspect of Perfex
- For Example
1 – Form 1 : will auto synchronize Leads
2 – Form 2 : will auto synchronize Staffs
... Etc.

i installed fresh perfex crm with fresh woocommerce then i set this up .invoice is not working . only customer is working—then i checked as per your instruction . i chechecked log file . but it shows there is error for invocing. pls check my ticket thanks in advance

Also I saw that you enter an already known number for the client ID?! How can I know the client ID number It Should get the client ID automatically? Also how I can enter a static value for the discription and long discription? The plugin should automatically get that info with a short code from woocommerce product name and short description fields for long discription? Please either reply here or make a more in depth documentation.
