Since last year the plugin has not been updated. They do it so that you have to pay for extended support and have the update sent to you. There are many free invoice plugin options on the market. If it is not updated in a year it should be deleted from the marketplace.

This plugin has matured enough that it doesn't need frequent updates to fix issues and its feature set is pretty much developed. As far as I know, there are no compatibility issues with WordPress or WooCommerce at the moment.

By the way, automatic updates are free to everyone possessing a valid Purchase Code, this is not linked to support subscription (it was previously but this has changed).

Although our support team works 5 days a week, we failed to respond to you fo more than a month. My colleague made a mistake when handling tickets and thought that your ticket was related to a case of another client (who had very similar issue) and put your ticket aside after responding to the other client.

You can use the Envato Market plugin for automatic updates - it does not require support subscription and works just fine.

It supposed to have lifetime updates, but no, you cannot have because you don t have a support plan available. Suport means help on CodeCanyon, not updates.
It is a shame.
